Hey there little buddies,

Welcome to Santa's sleigh adventure meditation.

Find a cozy spot to sit or lie down,

Close those peepers gently,

And let's dive into the fun.

Imagine Santa cruising in on his super-duper sleigh,

Bringing heaps of joy and giggles.

Picture that sleigh touching down,

And Santa popping out with a sack full of presents.

Can you feel the excitement bubbling up?

Now let's start with the Santa's arrival breath.

Inhale,

And imagine the sound of jingling bells.

Feel the magic swirling inside you.

Exhale,

Letting go of any feelings that might be hanging around,

Just like Santa letting go of his sleigh.

Okay,

Now imagine your belly as a balloon.

Inhale,

Let that balloon puff up like a marshmallow in hot cocoa.

Exhale,

Let the air out slowly like a gentle breeze.

Your belly's the boss in this game.

Now zoom in to the present moment.

Your breath is like waiting for Santa's surprise.

Each inhale and exhale is a little gift.

Feel it in your nose,

And let's keep the present party going.

Now zoom in to the present moment.

Your breath is like waiting for Santa's surprise.

Each inhale and exhale is a little gift.

Feel it in your nose,

And let's keep the present party going.

With each breath,

Inhale pure joy,

Like you just found out you're getting a lifetime supply of ice cream.

Exhale,

And embrace any feelings that might be hanging out.

Imagine happiness filling you up like a balloon animal at a carnival.

With each breath,

Inhale pure joy,

Like you just found out you're getting a lifetime supply of ice cream.

Exhale,

And embrace any feelings that might be hanging out.

Imagine happiness filling you up like a balloon animal at a carnival.

Picture a magical garden in your mind.

With every breath,

Plant seeds of gratitude,

Just like planting jellybeans for a candy garden.

Watch it grow with love and thanks,

Filled with rainbows and candy canes.

Picture a magical garden in your mind.

With every breath,

Plant seeds of gratitude,

Just like planting jellybeans for a candy garden.

Watch it grow with love and thanks,

Filled with rainbows and candy canes.

As we wrap up our adventure,

Gently wiggle those fingers and toes.

When you're ready,

Open those eyes and give yourself a round of applause for being a meditation superhero.

Well done,

Little adventurers.

Carry this playful joy with you,

Just like Santa's jolly spirit.

Whenever you need a burst of fun,

Come back to this magical meditation,

Wishing you a sleighload of happiness and a sprinkle of stardust.
