Make yourself comfortable in your bed. Make sure you've traced the mystical shape of Aum on your bed before you lie down. Now feel yourself resting in this symbol of divine grace. Take rest in this sacred night. Place your entire being under the love and protection of divine presence, That which is the source and essence of all life. As you rest peacefully, Comfortably, And in awareness of God's presence all around you, Ask that this divine energy enter your root chakra. In occupying this space, Give your complete permission for it to take residence there. Divine One, I ask you to release all negative energies in this chakra. While I rest here in my bed this night, Dissolve away anything that is not serving me. All that which prohibits me from living my life with vibrancy, Strength, Courage, And that which may be interfering with my groundedness and stability. Whatever shape or form these negative energies take within me, I ask that your power dissolves them and that they never trouble me or anyone again. Now relax completely and allow this divine energy to enter into Muladhara Chakra. Let it do the work of clearing any negative energies and patterns for you while you sleep. With full faith and confidence, Relax and give yourself to the experience. Any fears related to security and survival are being released by the power of the divine who surrounds us and permeates everything.
