Fnatic team Position yourself comfortably lying or sitting in a position or area that allows your head and neck to fully relax.

Make sure your feet are extended and your shoulders are back.

The sounds you will hear and the waves that are emitted during this meditation are specifically designed to affect the waves of pain in your brain.

Simply by listening to them,

Your brain will begin to understand and interpret pain response differently.

All that is necessary is to breathe.

Focus your breathing on the center of your chest.

The space just above your heart and in between your clavicle.

Bring your awareness to your inhale and as you breathe in,

Pull all of the air down and into this space.

Watch as your lungs fill up with fresh,

Calm,

Regenerating air.

As you exhale,

Imagine releasing elements of pain.

Watch as the cells and the trauma fade.

Each exhalation draws the pain out of the body and into the air where it is dispersed.

Begin with your focus on your feet.

As you draw your strong inhale from your feet,

Imagine that your body is grasping all inflammation and pain,

Tension and carrying it through.

As you exhale out,

Watch yourself shedding all traces of this pain.

With every breath,

Your body begins to feel lighter.

As it moves up your leg from your feet into your knee,

The inhalation sweeps through and cleans away the pain.

Release.

Your body wants to release.

Any word or emotion that signifies release can leave now.

Give yourself and your body permission to set it free.

From the knee,

Watch as the breath carries away any tightness or tension from the legs and into the hip bones.

As you inhale,

Watch the breath flow through and sweep away into your pelvis,

Through your hips,

Down through your feet again and back up.

With every breath,

The energy moves upward.

As you feel it move into your abdomen,

Watch as the various places that may house pain,

Emotion or frustration show themselves to you.

Do not be afraid and do not resist.

This is your body helping you to identify what no longer serves it.

As it moves through your abdomen,

You feel it come in and expand your chest,

Drawing a deep inhalation.

Watch as this new,

Fresh regenerative energy cycles through your abdomen,

Down through your feet,

Back up through your chest,

Expanding every vertebra along its path.

You may draw deeper and deeper into this breath to expand and release whatever you must.

On your next in breath,

Watch all of the pain cells sweep out of your arms and your shoulders,

Cycling through the body,

Down to the feet and back out with an exhale.

With every breath,

You feel the expansion,

The release,

The wholeness of your body.

It has waited a very long time to release this pain.

Drawing your breath through your neck and into your shoulders,

Feel your breath guide your chest and draw your shoulders down,

Away from your head.

Feel how weighted you are.

As the in breath sweeps over your face and again still over the top of your head,

Washing away tension,

Frustration,

Anger,

Stress and moving back through the ears and over the shoulders with the out breath.

Take a moment and watch as your body brings in this pure,

Positive light,

Breath,

Air and moves it down through the body,

Through the feet,

Washing,

Releasing,

Healing and up through the body with the out breath.

Feel how quickly your body can heal.

Feel how deeply it wants to heal.

Every sound is asking for your help.

This is your time to work with your body.

Take a few breaths and release out all that you feel you may still be holding.

Release.

When you are ready,

Begin by bringing your awareness to the space that we began in,

Above your heart,

In between your collarbone and listen to your breath.

Every in and out breath you are pulled further and further back into your body,

Into this room,

Into your life and into the world.

When you are ready,

You may open your eyes.

Know that your body wants to work with you to heal.

You are its greatest gift and friend.

Take a few breaths and release any remaining tension and come back to your space.
