Explore MeditationMelody is a Chinese medicine doctor and practices integrative medicine for women’s health. She grew up on a small island surrounded by nature and community. It was here that she developed a grounded understanding of the mind-body connection and alternative medicine. Centering treatments around the wisdom each person holds within their own body is integral to her clinical approach. Melody's practice is rooted in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and focuses on hormonal balance, digestion, mental health, pain, and trauma. She incorporates CranioSacral as an integral part of my practice. In addition, she is trained in a diverse range of massage, meditation and yoga styles. Outside her practice, she enjoys dancing, stargazing, exploring the natural world, creating culinary delights, practicing yoga, and surfing. Melody remains engaged in de-conditioning from the systems that impede my wild and embodied feminine expression.
