Settle in and settle back,

Allowing yourself to be present in this moment,

Present in this breath,

Letting go of anything that came before,

Anything that's coming after,

Feeling yourself safe and supported by whatever you're sitting or lying on,

Allowing yourself to just be fully present,

Aware and awake in this moment,

Feeling the rise and fall of the breath,

Feeling the breath in every part of the body,

Expanding and contracting,

Releasing any stress or tension on the exhale,

Breathing in fresh vibrant energy on the inhale and feeling that traveling to each and every cell of the body,

Paying attention to whatever is true for you in this moment,

Without trying to change or fix anything,

Just observing whatever's there and present for you right now.

Notice the temperature and texture of the air around you,

Notice any areas in the body that you're holding tight,

Just allow it to soften and release,

Feel yourself infused with creativity and energy as each breath travels in through the chest and the belly and the lungs,

Releasing anything that might be blocking you or holding you back,

Just allowing those channels to open so that you can receive whatever's meant to come through in this moment,

Quieting the mind,

See if you can't tap into an inner voice that's holding story for you in this moment,

Might be a bit of a whisper,

A quiet narrator,

But see if you can't just listen to what story is trying to emerge for you at this time,

You might feel some memories or emotions floating to the surface,

Just allow them to be there without trying to change or fix anything,

Just observing,

Allowing,

Creating space for whatever wants to come through,

Dropping deeper into the moment,

Feeling yourself safe and supported by whatever you're sitting or lying on,

Just allow yourself to expand and hold the messages,

The insights,

The teachings,

The tools,

And practices that are most powerful for you,

See them woven in the fabric of your story and your personal experience,

Without judgment,

Without worry,

Just exploring,

Learning,

Listening to that inner world,

With each breath feel yourself becoming softer,

And see that ripple effect as it goes out to reach each and every person that it's meant to reach,

See it lighting up,

Energizing,

Empowering,

Inspiring other people to bear the truth of their own stories,

To tell their own truth,

See that bright light,

That interconnected web of people healing and uplifting each other,

Feel connected to all the people that came before you and all the people that will come after,

And how that light spreads through you,

Connecting heart to heart with other people on this shared journey,

Breathe in all those feelings of satisfaction and joy and connectedness,

Breathe in the strength and the resilience and the contentment,

Feel yourself serene,

Whole and complete in this moment,

Nothing to change or fix,

Just watching the unfolding and the beauty that wants to be created through you,

Take a few minutes to just rest in this space,

Anything else that wants to show itself to you,
