Meditation is something everyone can do. Practicing can help improve your health and wellbeing.
Explore Meditation"You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one." – John Lennon Born bridging cultures and weaving worlds in Chennai, India, to East Indian and Jewish American parents, Dream learned early to navigate various realms of reality and consciousness. Inspired by Lennon’s song "Imagine," her name signifies a deep connection to dream world, the beauty way of the natural world, and the guidance of spirit realms, all of which influence her work. As someone who personally understands chronic pain, trauma, and complex PTSD, Dream is dedicated to "the journey of becoming fully human" and connecting with the core essence of Love. Much of Dream's current work focuses on rebirth, death, and the ancient and modern science of plant and psychedelic medicines which are deeply informed by her early psychedelic experiences and the death of her father and husband. Dream's offerings are informed by diverse studies and initiations, including divination, dreams, death meditation, Tibetan dream yoga, business school, intuitive studies, soul retrieval, somatic trauma work, Shambala meditation, 19 ways to the 5th world, a restoration of literature, and other transformational consciousness-expanding modalities. Dream is committed to our collective journey home—to love, to the divine, to remembering our interconnected natures, to cultivating resilience, to our individual and collective liberation, and to Truth.
