We're going to take a moment now just to check in with ourself.

Just to become very present.

To connect with our true nature.

To let go of the illusions of the past.

To let go of the illusions that are formed in our mind about what the future must look like.

To let go of our attachment to the past and all that has come before.

Taking this time to bathe in the beauty of the truth that there is only now.

I'd like you to take a nice deep breath in for the count of four.

Hold.

Release.

And allow your lungs to remain empty.

One more.

Breath in.

Feeling your lungs.

Hold.

Hold.

Release.

And allow your lungs to remain empty.

And once more.

Allowing the breath to bring you back to the present moment.

Hold.

Allowing your consciousness to be here present with you in your lungs.

Breathe out.

Allowing all the love that's within you to be released out into the world.

And allow those lungs to remain empty.

Knowing that this space represents the infinite potential within which you can create any outcome that you desire.

And undertaking this breath just one more time.

Breath in.

Hold.

Release.

And allow.

And in this space,

In this emptiness,

Ask yourself,

What thoughts are in my experience right now?

Do these thoughts represent the reality that I would like to experience?

What am I creating with my attention right now?

Do the feelings here in this present moment align with what I choose to create?

And as your consciousness rests here in the present moment,

Access through the breath.

And held by your choice to remain true to the reality that there is only now.

Allow yourself to reconnect to the feelings that represent the outcome that you choose to experience,

Where they do not already.

Allow your heart to fill with warmth and grateful celebration where the feelings in this moment represent the experience that you choose to call into a reality.

And send yourself love for taking these few moments aside to connect to the truth of who and what you are.

Into your divinely given right to choose and experience that which you desire.

One.

Two.

Three.

Returning to an outer state of consciousness.

Four.

Knowing that as we reach the count of five,

You'll feel wide awake and better than before.

Carrying the feelings that you choose to carry out into your walking experience.

Five.

Wide awake and in perfect health,

Feeling better than before.

Feeling the feelings that you choose to feel and creating the reality that you choose to experience.
