Or even gently place one hand on your belly and one on your heart.
Honoring your space,

Whether you are here at the beginning of your day or the end of your day or somewhere in between,
Give yourself a smile for taking this time to focus on you,
To focus on your energy,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your spirit.
As your eyes are closed,
Take time to notice what comes into your awareness.
Where does it come from?
Is it coming from your mind,
Thoughts,
Ideas that pop in for a short time or stick around with energy and meaning?
Focus with curiosity.
What else are you tuning into today?
From the energy from your senses,
Whether that be sensory information from within your experience inside your body,
Inside your mind,
Your heart.
And notice when your attention goes to the sensory information outside in your external experience,
In your space,
A noise,
An energy flow,
A smell,
A shift in the light.
Even when your eyes are closed,
You can notice the shift in the light and the dark of your space and your breath.
Remember that you have it with you wherever you go to help you,
To recenter you,
To reset the cycle,
To pause and honor your space,
Honor your presence,
Honor your being here and now in this moment in time.
Where you can choose to let the other pieces of your day,
Of your week,
Of your month slip away to be attended to at another time as you tune into your now using your breath,
Your senses,

Welcome to your presence,
To your now.
Your mind will wander,
Your mind will pull you away,
Notice where it goes,
Where it wants to take you.
Notice with curiosity the content,
The images,
The ideas,
The thoughts that come into your awareness when you are still,
When you are quiet,
When you are inviting of the calm,
Of the energy of this moment,
Of this now with divinity,
With warmth,
With energy and with your breath.
Come back to your breath.
