Your ideal self is who you already are.
It is the core of your inner nature.
It is your inner being.
It is you as energy.
When you live as your beautiful state,
You are being your ideal.
The way that we most easily do this is by living through our heart.
Living intuitively as much as possible from a state of pureness,
Of grace.
And if we are perceptive to the energy of our heart,
Then we may access its wisdom easily as a means of living from this state.
The state of loving grace,
Of kindness,
Of pureness of being.
Our beautiful nature as our ideal self is love.
It is love so purely,
So deeply,
So perfect.
We never have to question if we are doing the right thing when we follow the urging of our heart because it is our source of truth,
Our inspiration,
And the means by which we can choose a path that will always be right and best for who we are.
In this meditation,
Let the wisdom of your heart guide you to be on your path,
To being your ideal self most easily,
Most certainly,
And with the highest ideals for living your life in this moment,
In each moment.
Find a quiet place where you can be comfortable for a time.
Take a posture that will allow you to be alert,
Awake,
And at ease.
Let this meditation be one that you may use often.
Each time that you do,
You generate a return to your heart energy and the beautiful experience of oneness,
The blissful nature of your highest self,
Your ideal,
At one in the presence of what you are.
Close your eyes.
Lie on the wisdom of your heart to help you.
Trust that whatever impressions,
Signs,
And messages you receive are the intuitive knowing of your heart in communication with you.
Let the impressions,
The ideas,
The images,
And any sensations be a part of your experience.
Let everything be a sacred part of your experience,
Your consciousness.
For a time,
Begin with your breath.
Let your focus be here on the inhalation and the exhalation of each breath,
Each inward felt movement as you take breath into your body and every outward expression of your release of breath.
Let your breath have rhythm,
Certainty,
A place of deliberate attention within your body.
For a time,
Simply focus here on each gentle inhalation that you bring in and each exhalation that you release.
Let your breath be here on the wisdom of your heart to help you.
Follow the natural rhythm of each breath.
Notice the feeling of breath as an opportunity for wisdom.
Included in your in-breath is the gentle taking in of life force energy.
Your in-breath is your attention to the oneness that you are as energy.
Breath is but one form of energy.
Each inhalation breath reminds you of your sacred connection to what you are as a being of energy and to your ideal self,
This perfect inner dwelling of what you are,
Of what you have always been.
