As I walk forward,
I choose to shed all of the past that was never mine.
The hurts,
The damage caused,
The suffering,
The breadth of emotions that caused me much anguish,
The outpouring of my pain.
I no longer need to carry the burden of what has been done to me.
I no longer need to feel shame nor guilt for my actions,
All of which I repent and forgive myself.
I remember that there was also laughter and love and joy that I knew,
That I felt,
That I shall remember.
The life that I lived is the life I knew.
The life I choose now is all love,
All kindness,
All patience.
It is in support of me to thrive.
It is beyond my imagination to feel incredible each day that I live here and of the present,
Of my life now,
Of the choices I hold to be all love and kindness,
All truth and certainty,
All deliberate because this is who I desire to be.
This is what I am.
This is my sacred power,
To live all of the ways that love holds me near,
To appreciate all of the goodness that I know,
That I remember,
That I have always been and the goodness that my heart holds in the understanding of great conviction.
This is the love that I am forever a part of.
Dear God,
Dear universe,
For the blessings of my life that I hold in the perfect wonder of all things,
I am unstoppable.
I am true to myself and to all of the wisdom I seek.
For love inspires me to flourish,
To shed my ties to the past,
To carry forward my belief in myself,
To always be unstoppable,
Always strive forward,
Always live in the pure state of love that nourishes every part of me.
My healing is in remembering that I am whole.
I have always been complete and perfect.
I can appreciate this about myself now and forever.
As I live in the sanctity of my positive actions and the love that nourishes my being forever.
