Hello everyone,
This is Dorothy Ratusni.
Welcome to this spoken word meditation.
In meditation we focus our attention in the present moment.
We hold awareness on a single point of focus such as our breath or an object in our view or sometimes an image that we see in our mind.
In this meditation I invite you to join me in inner contemplation,
In listening to the words that I speak and in allowing your subconscious mind to bring forward whatever impressions,
Ideas,
Feelings and felt sensations that arise.
In meditating on spoken words we are guided through a loving process of inner reflection that can provide us with inspiration and guidance for our lives.
Take a moment now finding stillness and close your eyes.
Find your breath.
Begin to follow the natural flow of breath,
Every inhalation,
Every exhalation.
Let your awareness be on your breath as you hear these spoken words.
Acts of kindness directed within and to others are how we show and reveal love.
Acts of kindness are how we cherish one another,
How we reveal our true nature as beings of love.
Where there is deliberate kindness we create connection and trust.
We dismantle suffering.
We show value and appreciation of another and we are inclined to receive the same in return.
Kindness is the action that evokes love and reminds another of their importance in the world and in who they are.
Kindness directed within is how we express and feel self-love.
Allow yourself to contemplate these words,
Enjoying whatever feelings,
Images,
Impressions that come to mind and heart.
