Hi and welcome.
In today's meditation,
I'll be taking you through a deep healing of the body and mind.
So find a comfortable position.
This could be lying down or sitting up.
Gently relax the shoulders down.
Allow the eyelids to close and even relax the mouth and the tongue.
Feeling a gentle wave of relaxation flow down from the crown of the head all the way down to the tips of the toes.
And as you start to melt in to this position,
Feel your body supported by the earth below.
Feel the touch of the clothes that wrap and cocoon your body.
Now take the awareness to your breath.
Gently follow the breath as you draw that in through the nose,
Filling up the whole body.
And follow the breath as you let that go,
Out the nose,
Releasing and letting go.
Moving now that awareness with your breath in your own time.
Observe the breath as it fills up,
Drawing in new healing energy.
And as you release,
Letting go of anything that's not needed.
Imagining that just filtering out as you exhale.
Inhale,
You draw in positive energy.
Exhale,
You release anything,
Toxins,
Anything that's not needed.
Flowing with your breath now,
Allowing that inhale and exhale to soften and slow down.
On your next inhale breath,
I want you to draw that breath in for the count of four,
Three,
Holding for the count of three,
One,
Two,
Three.
Then releasing for the count of five,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And flowing like that for three more rounds.
Inhale for four,
Hold for three,
Releasing for five.
Two more rounds in your own time.
As you release that last count of five,
Just observe how the body is feeling.
Notice any areas of the body that have started to relax a little bit more.
And just observe if there's any areas now that the energy might be holding,
Might be any tension.
Gently take a deep breath into that area and then let that go out the mouth.
Observe an area that needs your attention,
That might be feeling any blocked energy.
Taking a deep breath in,
There's positive energy drawing into that center area and letting go of anything that's not needed.
Doing that one more time,
Finding an area that needs some relaxation,
Drawing that energy in with the inhale breath and letting that go out the mouth.
And if you'd like,
You can continue with this healing breath,
Finding areas that need that tension,
Those toxins moved.
Otherwise,
If you're ready to come out of this meditation,
Taking some deep breaths,
Gently wiggling the toes,
Fingers.
If you're ready,
Gently cracking open the eyes.
