Hi and welcome to this short pregnancy meditation to be used at any time you need to just release and let go.
Get into a comfortable position,
Be it lying down to one side or seated.
Allow the eyelids to soften,
Allow the breath to be at ease in and out of the nose.
I want you to tune in now as the breath comes in,
Visualizing it filling the body up,
Expanding all the way to the fingertips and the toes.
And as you exhale there's this deep release,
This letting go,
Following that breath again,
Rising,
Allowing that inhale to fully fill the body up and allowing that exhale to soften the physical body,
To gently melt any tension away.
Staying with your cascading breath,
Focusing now more on this exhale,
Allowing this exhale to be this deep release,
Allowing any thoughts to release as you exhale,
Deep letting go.
Nowhere to be,
Nowhere to go,
Just relax and release into the breath,
Allowing each exhale breath to soften any tension and release any thoughts away.
Allowing your breath to do the work,
Allowing the mind to be in the background as you settle in and anchor into the soft in-breath,
This gentle out-breath,
Allowing the body to be exactly where it is,
To feel exactly how it feels.
Taking a moment now to just acknowledge the beauty that it is to be alive and breathing each breath,
Allowing now the next few breaths to be a little deeper.
You might like to exhale out the mouth as you gently draw the awareness back in to the body,
Back into this physical space,
Gently moving the hands,
The fingers and allowing the eyes to gently crack open,
Staying with this beautiful bliss for the rest of your day.
Namaste.
