Welcome to the 5 minutes phase meditation massage that's part of the spa meditation series.

Please find a comfortable position whatever works for you is the perfect posture and whenever you feel ready just close your eyes.

Take a slow long deep breath in and out and another one slow long deep breath in and let it all go.

Now come back to your natural and unique rhythm.

Now feel to carrying warm loving hands massaging your forehead and if you feel comfortable you can use your own hands.

Let the muscles of your forehead be soft.

Feel the space.

Feel the massage on your temple.

Relax the space between your eyebrows.

Relax your eyes.

The eyelash.

Feel the massage on your cheekbones.

Feel the massage on your jaw.

And clenched jaw.

Feel the warmth of this caring massage.

Also on your ears.

And your earlobes.

Release any tension.

Relax the mouth.

The upper lip.

The lower lip.

Relax the tongue.

And feel the massage also on your chin.

Release the shoulders.

Take a deep breath in and let it all go.

And whenever you feel ready just open your eyes.
