This meditation will help you to create some space for your desires, intentions, and new and fresh beginnings. You can meditate during the new moon and also anytime you feel stuck and in need of clarity around what you want for your life, no matter what happens around you. This meditation is very helpful for deciding what’s good and what isn't for your day, week, month, or year.

Ciao and welcome to the New Moon Meditation.

You can be a moon expert or barely recognize the moon in the sky.

It's okay.

The reason why we're here now is because we need at least once a month some space and time for our desires,

Dreams and intentions.

New Moon is a great time for new beginnings,

For setting intentions and for creating space for planting seeds.

During New Moon you can decide in your safe space what do I want for my next cycle of my life.

Maybe the next week,

Next month until the next New Moon,

Next six months,

Next year.

This meditation can help you anytime in your life when you're looking for fresh beginnings.

So I invite you to find a comfortable position.

Whatever works for you is perfect.

There's no right or wrong,

No rules.

Comfort is queen.

And when you're ready,

Please close your eyes.

Let's begin to quiet the body,

So to quiet the mind.

Let's take a long,

Slow deep breath in and out.

And another one.

A long,

Slow deep breath in and out.

The last one together.

Long slow deep breath in and out.

And let it all go.

Just allow these deep breaths to suit you.

Now I invite you to come back to your normal breathing without trying to force anything or control anything,

Allowing your breath to wash away any tension and stress resulting in your body.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

And allow each breath to guide you deeper and deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Every breath is a new beginning.

The new moon is a new beginning.

Inhale,

Exhale.

And I invite you to place your hands on your heart.

Allow yourself to connect to the most authentic part of you.

And now ask yourself,

Who am I?

Who am I?

Who am I?

Keep asking this question over and over.

Just allow the answers to flow.

Not answer with your brain.

Allow your heart to answer.

Whatever comes to the surface is perfect.

Whatever comes to the surface is the right answer.

Without judgments,

Conditions,

Fears,

Expectations,

Rules,

Beliefs,

Just ask yourself,

Who am I?

And breathing.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Who am I?

And now ask yourself,

What do I really want?

What do I really want right now?

Remember the connection between your hands and your heart.

And ask your heart,

What do we really want right now?

Keep asking this question over and over.

And just allow the answers to flow.

There's no right or wrong.

Whatever comes to the surface is perfect.

And now ask yourself,

What makes me happy when no one is looking?

What makes me happy when no one is looking?

Keep asking this question and just go with the flow.

What makes me happy when no one is looking?

Now,

Start to imagine how today after the session,

Maybe tomorrow,

Next week,

Next month will be once your answers become reality.

Feel the answers in your heart.

Visualize people,

Places,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Energy,

Whatever you'd like to have in your life.

Now plant what you really want like a seed in your heart and take a long,

Slow deep breath in and out.

And another one,

A long,

Slow deep breath in and out.

And let all the questions and all the answers go.

Now everything you really want is with you,

In you,

Is part of you.

You already had these desires in you.

You just allowed yourself to recognize them and let them come to the surface so to become your reality.

Your soul made a list of your deepest desires.

Your heart created a nest to allow them to grow bigger and bigger.

Now to you it's clear what you want and what you don't want.

Now you know where to place your attention or not.

And remember where attention goes,

Energy flows.

So place your attention on your desires and give them all the energy they deserve.

And now take a long,

Slow deep breath in and out and let go of all the questions,

The answers and the practice.

I invite you to come back to your environment,

To your body.

And when you feel ready,

Please open your eyes.

Know that you can use this meditation anytime you need clear and fresh new beginnings or when you feel a bit lost or stuck.

And please don't forget every breath is a new beginning just like the new moon every month no matter what.
