Thanks to a deep body and mind relaxation, this meditation will help you to slow down your nervous system, and release stress, worries, negative thoughts, and any tightness accumulated in your muscles and bones. You can also use this meditation during the day to take a break for releasing stress, anger, and heaviness in general.

Whatever makes you feel comfortable,

Safe and protected.

And when you feel ready,

Just close your eyes.

Let's take a long slow deep breath in and out together.

Let your body settle down.

Maybe shift mobile a little bit if you need to.

Whatever you may experience is just perfect.

No judgment.

Just follow your body,

This is a safe place,

And you are safe and protected.

Allow your breath to flow through your body without trying to manipulate anything or controlling anything.

Just allow your normal breath to flow and let your body become heavy.
