Welcome to the Bliss Bath Meditation.

I invite you to find a comfortable space to sit or lie down.

Once you're there,

Let's take some nice cleansing breaths.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale slowly.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale slowly.

Inhale deeply.

And exhale slowly.

Continue to breathe naturally.

Feel the support beneath you and allow your body to grow heavy.

Relax your forehead.

Soften the skin of the face.

Untense the shoulders.

Release your back muscles.

Soften through the abdomen.

Let go of the arms.

Let go of the legs.

You are now prepared for your Bliss Bath.

As you hear the following words,

Allow them to waft over you like a soft,

Warm breeze.

Feel the energy of each word.

Enjoy them as one.

Joy.

Hope.

Tranquility.

Inspiration.

Security.

Compassion.

Purpose.

Beauty.

Faith.

Relaxation.

Possibilities.

Forgiveness.

Magic.

Harmony.

Dreams.

Happiness.

Flow.

Nourishment.

Freedom.
