Namaste,
Dear soul.
Today's meditation is connection in a véjà-dũ manner.
We are so connected yet we feel so separated.
We have learned to look at the small parts but forgot that they are also the parts of the whole,
As well as the whole part.
We have desensitized ourselves to the connection we have with ourselves so much because we freely give our power away to the external causes and beliefs.
We stop believing the only truth we wholeheartedly know.
Believe in yourself.
Doubt all the rest,
Yet trust it is there to assist your growth and it is in your favor.
The wisdom flows from the heart center.
Imagining that you are an hourglass with sand falling from the top,
Your headspace,
To the bottom,
Your heart space.
Without peace and trust,
The sand clogs up in the headspace and can't drop into the heart.
Attune to your peace and the sand will enter deeply into your heart,
Bringing forward immense joy.
Our mind uses separation to understand and distinguish explanations of knowledge,
But the heart cannot feel in isolation.
We are one.
Closing your eyes or softening your gaze now,
As you imagine yourself standing in front of a beautiful heart hub,
The universal collective heart.
It is a very special heart's house,
Because it's an ordinary house and it's a temple at the same time.
You go inside and you start exploring.
You see walls,
Doors,
Furniture and it looks trusted and this it is.
You notice that you can also view this house in another way.
By realizing this,
You notice that the doors and the walls are made of energy matter.
Through this new way of looking,
You become aware how easily you can change the doors and the walls according to your wishes.
Play around with this ability.
Look at the doors and the walls and then notice how you can also see through them.
You awaken a room that looks uneasy.
With curiosity,
You walk in and see so many emotions.
You see the changing expressions clearly,
Some more intense than others,
Yet you can calmly observe them all with love and compassion.
Take a moment to observe.
You notice that these emotions forms the foundation and fuel for the larger work at hand.
You feel brave to see and feel them.
You drink in the beauty of your emotions a little bit longer here.
You decide not to close this door anymore.
This room is a part of your house and the walls are transparent.
This allows you to stay conscious about your emotions.
A small door far away catches your eye and you feel drawn to enter.
When you open the door,
It is this beautiful big room with loads of objects and gifts.
Every object or box represents gifts or talents you possess and there are plenty.
There is one still unopened.
Pick it up,
Along with some others unveiled to take with you.
Let the rest know that you will be back for them at the right time and as soon as you step outside the door,
The walls and the door melt away.
This allows you to never forget how talented and blessed you are.
Your house is now one big area where everything has its rightful place.
You go stand in the middle of your beautiful house and there is this gust of light surrounding you like a placid tornado encapsulating you in its eye of tranquility.
Emanating pure light from your centre,
You feel stunning love and energy all around you.
Then this energy merges in front of you in the form of a human stature.
This being takes you by the hand and you gaze into each other's eyes while being overcome with trust.
This being says with so much warmth,
I am your inner light with who you are connected to on the deepest level.
In remembrance,
You embrace each other with the knowing that from here you go forward together.
There where you are,
I am too.
That which you want to become,
I am too.
There where you need me,
I will be.
Because we are one from the deepest point of connecting wishes.
We are one being in variety.
A feeling of deep resonating love flows through you into the universe and earth.
And you suddenly see your life's web and how everyone and everything on earth plays its part in that.
You see the threads and the meaning,
Your truth in being.
The understanding of yourself in life will stay with you forever.
It is time to fully accept and embody this truth.
With this acceptance you feel how you get carried by this bright light shining from within.
You decide to return with the knowing that just by being born you are an amazing and unique being.
You feel light,
Soft and fulfilled.
You know of this connection,
You are the God and Goddess within.
The light,
The breath,
The love in me,
On earth sees and respects the light,
The love,
The breath in you.
