I will guide you through a powerful 10min breathwork and sound healing practice designed to help you cultivate a sense of stillness and peace within. We use a breath pattern that has an alpha resonance (the brain wave frequency range that is associated with a relaxed, yet alert mental state). We also slow down the exhales and elongate the time we exhale much more than the inhale which stimulates the rest and digest response. The music accompanies this surrender into calmness and is infused with advanced alpha isochronic tones for optimal results. For a better sound experience, please use headphones. Please note breath holds should not be attempted in the following cases: Pregnancy Uncontrolled hypertension and epilepsy Post-surgery 6 weeks Heart disease Rather just breathe slowly instead to still benefit.

Hello dear heart and welcome to this calming meditation,

Allowing your own mind empty and uncontrived.

We will start with a 4-7-8 breath.

Inhale through the nose,

Hold and pause.

Settle into whatever arises naturally.

Settle the body,

Breath and mind in relaxation.

Surrender all and any doing.

We are going to switch over to a 4-8 breath.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Drop any residue of responsibility.

Simply be.

Take a deep breath in,

Pause for a moment and sigh the breath out.

Deep breath in gracefully and completely surrender.

Coming back to a natural,

Deep,

Calm,

No need to change,

Adjust,

Block,

Cultivate or alter anything here.

Noticing the opportunities of distraction without pursuing them.

This container is the permission to simply be.

Whatever arises,

Settle into it.

Stay centered.

Do not indulge or reject any thoughts.

No matter how nice,

No matter how negative or positive they are.

Settle and rest.

No searching,

Focusing,

Solving,

Planning.

Simply settle in the inseparability of perceptions and mind.
