Healing Your Heart - Extended Version

Please join me on a healing journey to open and strengthen your heart. This practice will use channeled energy to first remove blockages and stale energy. We will then focus on healing our ability to send out love, receive love and deeply feel emotions - both those that lift us up and those that weigh us down. The meditation includes binaural beat technology to help increase the impact of these visualizations.
