And I hope it brings you a little hope.
I believe that we could all use a little hope these days.
In fact,
Many of us right now have experienced some sort of loss.
A loss of what was,
Who we were,
Who was in our life.
And I want you to resonate with this for just a moment before we begin.
So take a really deep breath here.
Release.
We're going to stretch out a little bit.
Stretch out your arms.
Roll your wrists.
Squeeze your shoulders.
And relax.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold it.
And release.
We're not just going to stretch your body here,
We're going to stretch your emotional boundaries too.
I want you to think about the person that's missing.
Think about them.
Think about that love.
Think about how they lived.
How they loved.
Think about what you learned.
Think about and picture in your mind what they left behind.
Take a deep breath here.
Feel that feeling.
Own that feeling.
Break free of this day.
Break free of all your cares and just focus on this feeling right now.
Could be sorrow.
Could be sadness.
Could be happiness.
It could be a glow.
But whatever it is for you,
Embrace it.
Embrace this feeling right now.
And breathe into life.

So I want you to picture this.
This is all about you.
Your feeling,
Your emotion.
This feeling and emotion that you have,
That you're holding onto,
That you're embracing right now is the energy we're going to use for this.
Take another deep breath in.
Hold it.
And let it out softly across your lips.
I want you to curl your toes a little.
Wiggle your feet and toes.
With your eyes closed,
Picture them looking down.
Now imagine the color of your feet and just below it,
Right under your feet,
Is dark soil.
Soft dark soil.
And you're just moving your feet gently in this dark soil.
Let's call it rooting yourself with this earth.
With the energy source of all life.
Right through your feet.
Right through the soil.
Right directly into this planet.
Your energy,
Your light.
Imagine and breathe.
I want you to open your mind as you relax into this moment.
I want to envision light green ferns now just outside of this soil on your feet.
All around like covering all around you.
Light green ferns and foliage.
Feeling like you were planted right in the middle of all these beautiful plants.
Smile.
You are one with the plants,
The earth,
With the energy of life itself.
You're one.
In your mind's eye,
Raise,
Raise your eyes from the ground.
Look up in your mind and breathe.
As you see tree after tree after tree surrounding you.
Dark woods.
Knocks,
Park.
Sense.
Fresh scent of life into your lungs.
Open your palms.
Allow this light to enter your fingertips from the ground into your veins,
Into your soul.
Feel the energy pulsing in the palm of your hands.
Absorb this energy.
And breathe.
And release.
As you look around this entire forest of trees.
You are one of these trees.
Living,
Breathing,
Stretching.
Looking for the light in the dark.
Opening to the new day.
Inhaling to do along your skin.
Glowing,
Living.
This is your true nature.
Not the pain,
Not the sorrow,
Not the happiness,
Not the glow.
But this energy force that connects us all.
One.
One flow.
The person that really has been missing is you.
Come back to you.
Come back to yourself.
To the love of you.
With one hand,
Either in reality or in your mind.
Draw me this word.
Draw the L.
With your fingertip,

Draw the E.
