Hi,
I'm Dina Marre and from my heart I welcome you to this guided meditation to support you to slow down,
Centre yourself and become more intentional in aligning your intentions,
Attentions and actions.
Do this alignment practice before you start any new activity or action during your day so that you feel good before during and after your daily tasks and overcome procrastination.
Let's start by taking a deep breath in and as you inhale follow the breath as it enters your body and breathe out with a sigh.
Take another deep breath in and this time as you inhale place your hand over your heart and connect to your heart and presence,
Calling in your energy and breathing out distractions.
Take another deep breath as you intentionally breathe in love from the creative life force energy that's in the space around you and breathe out any tension that's in your body and now tune into your intention behind the next activity or action you are to engage in.
Why do you want to do this?
What will it give you to complete this?
Imagine the end result.
What do you see,
Hear,
Touch,
Taste,
Smell and feel?
What is the emotion that fills your body having accomplished this?
Notice where you feel that in your body.
Breathe that all in.
And now knowing that you have accomplished this see all doubt and fear of it not being good enough,
Of you not being good enough.
Leave your mind,
Leave your body,
See it dissipate.
Trust in yourself knowing that everything always works out for your highest good.
Again see the image and feel the emotion of the end result as you come back to the present moment and immediately commence task before you.
