I'm Dina Mare and welcome to this guided meditation for instant lightness.
When you wake up feeling that something is off or you feel a little anxiety,
It is due to your ego's need to know how to orientate itself for the day.
It's also the space of the unknown and when you use your will to be curious about the unknown,
It replaces fear,
Anxiety and any other load.
You then become more resourceful,
You avoid escaping and you know that what you experience are just thoughts and feelings.
Let's get started.
So when you wake up feeling that underlying anxiety,
Use your will and smile because it relaxes your nervous system.
Take a deep breath in and follow your brain's voice.
Connect to your heart and feel that connection.
Another deep breath in and out to smile.
As you are breathing in and out,
Repeat these affirmations.
I don't need to know.
I don't need to hang on to it.
I don't need to figure it out.
It's not up to me.
I'm not alone.
I'm supported,
Helped unconditionally.
I am provided for.
Everything always works out for me as well.

Feel the gratitude fill your body and feel your body relax as you continue breathing and smiling.
