Control shows up by overthinking, the tension in your shoulders, holding your breath, and clenching your jaws. It has an underlying impatience and fear of what you want not happening because you don’t see evidence in the physical world. And because of that, you want to take back control. It’s like trying to force the hand of the Universe, trying to take matters into your own hands. The more you practice choosing to let go consciously, the easier it becomes to allow the Universe to support you.

Hi,

I'm Dino Marie and welcome to this meditation practice of letting go and letting God.

Control shows up by overthinking.

Tension in your shoulders,

Holding your breath,

Clenching your jaws.

It has an underlying impatience and fear of what you want is not happening because you don't see evidence yet in the physical world.

And because of that you want to take back control.

It's like trying to force the hand of the universe,

Trying to take matters into your own hands.

This mostly happens unconsciously and the more you become aware of it and the more you practice choosing to consciously let go,

The easier it becomes.

And you will feel the release in your body as you relax into trusting and surrendering to the universe in the present moment,

Accepting what is.

Let's start by taking a deep breath in and bring your attention to the present moment.

Feel the space of no thought and breathe out tension in your body.

Take another deep breath in and follow your breath as you connect to your heart and the presence of source.

Breathing out doubt and feel your body relax.

Take a third deep breath in and feel safe in the certainty of infinite possibilities of the unknown as the universe conspires to bring you your desires and as you exhale,

Relax even more.

That's right.

Imagine the best case scenario of your desired outcome.

See what you see,

Hear what you hear,

Feel what you feel.

Really feel the joy,

The satisfaction.

Breathe that in as you bring that all into presence and connect that to your well-being with gratitude.

Now say,

I choose this end result.

I love this and I give thanks for the clear part of receiving this.

I give myself permission to trust and surrender this to the universe.

I know that I am guided to take inspired action and that at this moment my desire is on its way to me.

I trust that everything always works out for me in the best possible way and for the highest good of all.

Knowing that the universe is taking care of the details and that what you desire is already here and that it will show up,

Feel yourself relaxing into trust as you letting go and letting God surrendering to the universe in the present moment.
