Hello,
I'm Dina Amare and welcome to this audio of Your Self-Talk is Your Silent Manifesto.
Self-talk are those silent,
Subtle conversations that we have with ourselves.
You know when no one is around,
Where it just comes through.
These messages are your core beliefs.
They are the messages that carry the most weight in your subconscious mind and are the messages that are executed and that manifest in your life.
So self-talk reflects your core beliefs and that is also your default thinking about yourself.
This is because how you see yourself,
How you think and feel about yourself,
Your self-image is the driver behind everything in your life.
Everything that you think,
That you decide,
That you choose,
Your choices,
How you behave in any situation are all driven by your self-image.
Now your subconscious mind receives messages from your conscious mind.
It receives messages from the paradigm,
The default paradigm of your subconscious and it also receives messages from your superconscious or your higher self.
The message that is emotionalized the most carries the most weight and that message is executed.
The subconscious mind doesn't care about whether something is good for you or not.
It takes you at your word.
It takes your language literally and it doesn't have a sense of humor.
It executes what you give it.
It's like a computer program.
Whatever you give it is processed and is put out.
How then do we master our self-talk so that it is aligned with what we desire?
Self-mastery is the alignment of your conscious mind with your subconscious mind and also with your heart and your gut and all your chakras so that everything is on the same page,
In alignment with what you desire.
It sounds like an impossible task but the catalyst of alignment is your self-talk.
The starting point is to become aware of these negative messages of self-doubt,
Of self-criticism,
Of putting yourself down,
Of talking yourself out of following your heart.
For example,
When you set a goal,
You write it down and you say,
Today,
This month,
I set this intention.
I'm going to make so much money,
Have so many people signing up for my program,
Or I'm getting so many new clients.
If the subtle messages that come through are,
Yeah,
But,
Yeah,
Right,
No,
It's not going to happen,
It's not true,
You're not going to get it,
Not going to have it,
Not going to happen,
And you don't refute that,
You won't achieve your goal,
Because you just told your subconscious mind not to make that happen.
So when we fall for the negative messages and we don't refute them and we don't weed them out,
Because they are like weeds in the garden of your mind,
Then they stand and multiply and take over.
You have to weed them out by stating that they are not true.
Then state a new belief that is the opposite of that with emotion and provide evidence so that your subconscious mind takes note.
And you will have to do this over and over until the new belief becomes the default belief.
Self-awareness is key to become aware of the self-talk that you have,
Of the messages that you give yourself,
Because that's actually what you truly believe.
And often,
As I say,
This is the default thinking.
Here are steps to go about changing your negative self-talk.
Have a journal where you draw three columns.
In the first column,
Write down the negative messages that you give yourself as you become aware of them.
In the second column,
Write down the opposite of that message,
A new belief about yourself.
In the third column,
Write down the evidence that supports the new belief.
So if you have new beliefs about something,
You've got to nurture them.
You've got to voice them.
You have to put them against the default thinking.
That's very important.
And it's really important to find the evidence to support your new beliefs.
Even if you borrow the evidence from someone else's life.
If the message of the self-talk that comes through is it's not going to happen,
You're not good enough,
Then you have to say,
No,
That's not true,
Because I've done it already,
And here is the evidence.
And then provide the evidence.
And when you say the belief and the evidence,
See it and feel it,
Or voice that someone else has achieved this,
And if they can,
Then so can you.
See yourself doing that and feel as if it's true for you.
Really believe this and say this with emotion.
The subconscious mind takes no notice of words that are not said with emotion.
Another way to support positive self-talk and change limiting beliefs is when you set a goal,
An outcome or an intention,
Is to actually unpack it and answer these questions about it.
Why do you want that?
Why can you have it?
And also,
What are your wins from before?
What are the evidence that you can do this?
Faith in yourself is crucial.
State with conviction,
I can and I will.
I've done it before,
I can do it again.
I can and I will.
When you want something new manifested in your life,
You have to give it emotion and say it with enthusiasm.
Also,
Form an image of the end result in your mind and see it and feel it.
And be vigilant to catch any negative self-talk,
Refute it immediately and state the opposite with emotion.
It is a practice to weed out self-doubt and limiting beliefs from the beautiful garden of your mind.
Lots of love to you.
Namaste.
