This meditation will help you relax,
Ground your energy and feel better fast.
Close your eyes.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
A deep breath in through the nose and exhale it out.
And one more time,
A deep breath in through the nose and let it go.
Let it all go.
Allowing your body to become soft.
Allowing your shoulders to release and move down away from your ears.
And let's take a few more deep breaths together.
Inhale in through the nose and exhale out.
Inhale in and out.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Again a deep breath in and let it go.
And one more time take a deep breath in and release the breath.
Release the breath.
Relaxing even more.
Take your attention to your feet.
And visualize or imagine or know that there are roots coming out the soles of your feet and moving into the floor.
As if you were a tree growing your magical roots down into the earth.
And observe your roots as they grow.
As they move from your feet into the floor.
Down into the foundation of your building.
Down into the earth.
And observe as they move down,
Down,
Down way deep into the earth.
And as they move down they grow.
As tree roots would.
And they become stronger and bigger.
And they're growing faster and faster.
Moving towards the center of the earth.
With each breath allow your roots to grow.
Allow your roots to reach deeper down.
Relaxing with each breath.
Connecting with the earth with each breath.
And observing your roots growing faster and faster.
And moving down,
Down,
Down even more.
Until they reach the center of the earth.
This is the magical center of the earth.
It is a place that you can visit.
A place for healing.
A place for growth.
A place for coming back to your center.
And when your roots reach the very center of the earth.
Allow them to ground down.
Perhaps even spread throughout the whole center of the earth.
Firmly connecting you to our planet,
To Gaia,
To home.
So now if I were to look at you with my third eye.
What I would see is a tiny little you.
With strong roots growing out of your feet.
Going into the earth,
Becoming big,
Becoming strong.
Reaching all the way to the center of the earth.
And we will use the roots to let go,
To release,
To free.
All that is,
That is in your body,
That is not serving you right now.
All the stress,
All the tension,
All the worry.
We're going to release down through the roots using our breath.
Take a deep breath in once again.
And as you exhale,
Allow the energy to move down through your body.
Into your legs,
Out your feet,
Through the roots.
Down,
Down,
Down into the earth.
Moving all the way to the center of the earth.
And observing the earth transmute this energy to love.
To beauty,
To compassion.
Once again a deep breath in.
And allow the stress,
The worry,
The thoughts to move down through your body.
Into your legs,
Out into the roots.
All the way to the center of the earth.
To be absorbed and transmuted by the earth.
Again a deep breath in.
And out,
Allowing the energy to drain out of you.
You no longer need it.
You're safe.
You can let go,
You can relax.
Inhale in.
And out,
Releasing even more,
Even more.
Again a deep breath in.
And let it go,
Let all the stress,
All the tension,
All the conversations,
The to-do lists,
The worries.
Let that all be taken by the earth and be transmuted into love.
Inhale in.
And let it go,
Let it go.
You don't need that anymore.
And let's do that three more times.
Inhale in through the nose.
And with every exhale feeling every cell in your entire body relax.
And release that which is no longer serving you.
And now it is time to come back.
I will count to three.
And when I count to three you will open your eyes.
Feeling relaxed yet energized.
Feeling happy,
Safe,
And full of love and light.
Inhale in,
One.
Exhale out,
Two.
Inhale in,
Three.
Gently,
Gently blinking your eyes open.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Becoming fully present.
