Hello,
My name is Dina Kleinman.
I'm an energy healer,
Intuitive reader and spiritual teacher.
Today's meditation will help you become inspired,
Energized,
Full of light,
Full of love,
So that you can go on with your day as your best self.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
And exhale out.
Again,
A deep breath in through the nose,
Exhale out.
And one more time,
A deep breath in through the nose,
And let it go.
Visualize or imagine,
Or just know,
That you are now in a forest.
It is a forest that you recognize,
You have been there before.
This is the forest where you go to heal,
To meditate,
To become inspired.
Look down at your feet and notice that you're standing on a path.
And in fact,
You're not standing on it,
You are already moving on it.
You're moving forward.
As if this path is an escalator that is taking you to your destination.
Allowing the path to lead you to a clearing.
As you step out into the clearing,
You notice that you're in a field of wheat.
Or perhaps you're in a field of autumn grass that has become golden and is glowing.
Inviting you to come forward and so you do.
Stepping into the golden field and walking,
Walking towards the center of this clearing.
As you come to the center of the clearing,
You will find a bonfire there.
You may have already noticed it,
Or perhaps you smelled it or heard it.
Walk up to the fire and say hello.
This is not a regular run-of-the-mill fire,
This is a magical fire.
It is there for you.
It's always been there for you.
You might have just forgotten it.
Or perhaps it's an old friend that you do recognize,
So say hello.
Say hello to the fire.
Thank it for being here right now with you.
And allow the fire to become your healer today.
Step into the fire.
This fire feels good on your skin.
Now notice that there are sparks flying all around.
And what that is,
Is it's the fire.
The fire cleansing the energy that is around you.
It is cleansing your aura.
And allow this fire to move into your body.
Move into every cell.
And if you had a magnifying glass or a microscope,
And you could see inside of every cell,
You would see something similar that you just saw around your body.
You would see sparks.
You would hear popping sounds,
Cracking sounds.
It's the fire cleansing the energy of your body.
It is releasing from your cell memory that which you do not need.
Ask the fire to move through your head,
Through your brain,
And to clear away negative thoughts.
Clear away painful thoughts,
Old memories,
Conversations that you can't stop thinking about.
Allow the fire to burn that as well.
In its place,
It puts gold light.
So where you had negative feelings,
Where you had ruminating thoughts,
Where you had aches and pains,
There is now gold light.
That's your essence.
You are that gold light.
You are that love.
You are that peace.
You are that wisdom.
Yes,
The fire has revealed that.
And more than that,
It has given you a gift.
A gift of gold light that you can take with you into your day-to-day life.
This light will help you have more energy.
It will help you find the right words.
It will help you find solutions.
It will help you be a better friend,
A better lover.
It will help you connect through your heart without fear,
Without judgement,
Because you are pure light,
Pure love.
Thanking the fire and stepping out of it.
Looking at the fire one more time.
Perhaps even bowing to it or sending it a kiss.
Turn your back to the fire now and begin walking back to your forest.
You did an excellent,
Excellent job today.
You were strong.
You were fearless.
You were light.
You were love.
Inhaling in and pulling your energy back into your physical body.
Let's do this again.
Inhale in,
Pulling the energy into your body,
Allowing your spirit to fill your physical body all the way down to your fingertips,
All the way through your toes,
All the way to the top of your head,
Allowing your spirit to fully merge with your body.
I will count you out when I count to three.
You will open your eyes and come back to this time and this space.
Feeling grounded,
Relaxed,
Full of energy,
Full of light,
Full of love.
One,
Inhale in.
Two,
Exhale out.
Three,
Inhaling in and gently blinking your eyes open,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Coming back,
Coming back into your body.
