Visualize or imagine or just know that you have roots,

Roots growing out the soles of your feet,

Going all the way deep into the earth as if you were a tree,

A big strong healthy tree with big strong healthy roots.

Observe those roots as they move from your feet through the ground into the earth and down down down down through the earth all the way to the center of the earth and as they move through the earth they may come in contact with underground rivers or lakes and when that happens the water goes into the roots and makes them go stronger and bigger and you may travel through different layers of earth picking up nutrients along the way.

Coming to rest right at the center of the earth.

This is the magical center of the earth.

It is this beautiful space of peace and calm.

It's like a womb which is exactly what it is.

Right now you're inside the womb of Mother Earth.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling the nurture,

The safety,

The comfort of being connected to the earth,

To the planet,

To yourself.

It is time now to return into your body,

Into present time and space.

Bring your awareness back into your physical body now.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Move your head side to side.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale gently blink your eyes open,

Returning fully into this present time,

Into this present space.
