Feel it and explore how are you feeling.
Now I want you to shift your awareness to your mind.
Focus on your third eye,
The space between your eyebrows.
Set the intention to find your happy place deep inside you.
Take your time to connect.
If finding it is not possible right now then gently choose a place inside you that can be your happy place.
And here I want you to imagine a ball of healing and soothing energy.
Let it move in a clockwise direction.
And now choose a colour,
Maybe gold,
White,
Pink,
Green,
Blue or any other that comes to mind.
Trust your intuition at this moment.

Feel and experience this loving energy.
And now let it grow.
Let it expand.
Expand to the size of your body.
Let it fill you completely.

Calming,
Loving energy and now expand it even more.
