In this guided meditation you can let go of emotional baggage. Let go of anything that is no longer serving you. To create the best version of you it is necessary to let go of the old. Transform stagnant energy into love and light. You will be supported and guided by your higher self and inner child. Enjoy the feeling of letting go and surrender.

Welcome to this guided meditation.

The intention is to let go of emotional baggage.

Most of the time we want to do this when we feel blocked from creating something new or when our manifestations are not succeeding or coming to fruition.

Whatever has brought you to this meditation,

Know that it is precisely the right time,

You are in the right place and you are exactly where you need to be.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

Make sure that you are not disturbed during this time of meditation.

Make yourself as comfortable and cozy as possible.

At the same time make sure that it does not feel as if you are lying down to sleep.

Feel how your body sits or lies on the surface.

Feel your legs,

Your sitting bones,

Your back,

Your shoulders.

Be aware of your body and then turn your attention to your breath.

Feel how your breath flows into your body.

Feel the air on your nostrils and with each inhalation notice how your breath flows into your body,

Deeper and deeper.

With each inhalation your breath goes deeper and deeper.

With each exhalation feel how the spent breath leaves your body again.

Feel how your breath exits your body via your nostrils.

With each inhalation you sink deeper and deeper and even deeper into your meditation.

With each exhalation you feel more relaxed,

Looser and lighter.

Breathe in deeper and deeper and deeper and breathe out lighter,

Looser and even more relaxed.

And while you are so deeply relaxed go with your attention to the point between your eyebrows,

To your third eye,

The Ajna chakra.

Set the intention to flow into yourself through your third eye,

Into your inner universe,

To the place where everything is possible,

Where every potential prevails,

An infinite space full of possibilities.

As this is the space of all possibilities,

This space changes every time you enter it or perhaps it always stays the same.

Maybe it is the first time you enter this space of all possibilities.

However,

Notice how this space is there for you now.

Feel,

See,

Hear,

Smell,

Taste,

Utilize what you feel is right and appropriate in this moment.

Take it all in and continue to breathe in and out deeply and know that this is your space where you are completely safe,

Guided by your intuition.

You are here full of trust,

Full of hope,

Full of curiosity,

Full of love.

The intention is to let go of emotional baggage in order to create something new freely and easily.

To let go of what no longer serves you in your life,

What doesn't fit the version of you that you want to create.

And so it's time to let go.

An opening appears in front of you,

A portal,

A gate,

A door.

Take whatever your perception suggests and then approach this opening.

To the right and left of the opening are your companions for this journey.

You perceive your higher self.

You will be received with kindness and love.

And on the other side is your inner child,

The version of you that guides you to your joy,

Your passion and the lightness you desire in life.

You feel safe and when you are ready,

Take the first step and walk through it.

Your higher self and your inner child will guide and accompany you.

When you arrive on the other side,

You are in a special place of change.

This place is unique,

As unique as you and your expression in this life.

Look around you in this place.

What do you notice?

What do you perceive?

Feel the ground under your feet.

Feel the ground with every step.

Walk around and notice your place of change.

You see a body of water and sense that this is the place where you let go of emotional baggage.

You look at this body of water,

You hear it,

You smell it and there's a place by this body of water where you can sit down.

You sit down and your gaze rests on this body of water.

There are a few stones near you and they have different shapes.

Some are larger,

Some are smaller and they are of different colors.

You realize that there's something written on each one.

On each one,

As if by magic,

Is written what you want to let go of and this emotional baggage is now given a different task.

You realize that by throwing it into the water,

The emotional baggage is transformed.

It becomes part of the water.

Take a stone in your hand and you feel exactly what this stone represents.

A feeling,

A place,

A behavior,

A habit,

A belief,

A person.

Whatever it is,

You are ready to let it go.

Breathe in deeply.

As you breathe out,

You throw the stone into the water.

Feel the emotional baggage releasing from you.

And now take the next stone.

Breathe in,

Breathe out deeply and feel how much freer and lighter you feel with every stone you let go of.

Your higher self and your inner child are with you.

They support you and cheer you on.

Breathe in and out deeply and repeat this process as often as seems appropriate and necessary for you at this moment.

And now,

Let all the stones,

All the emotional baggage that want to be released are in the water.

Feel into your body.

You feel light.

You feel free.

You feel you are in your power,

Self-determined and you know that you decide what has a place in your life and what does not.

You feel exactly what you need and what you cannot go off.

And that's what you do today.

Perhaps emotions and feelings came up that you didn't expect or that you were afraid of.

Know that everything happens at the right time.

These feelings were a part of you and now you have brought them into expression.

Now they can be transformed from the shadows back into the light,

Into love.

Sit by the water again for a moment and reflect.

Breathe in and out fully present,

Fully in the here and now.

This is the only moment when change takes place.

In the here and now and in this moment,

You are simply being.

You're not doing anything.

You're just being.

Feel your existence.

Feel your being.

Now,

Give thanks to yourself and your surroundings,

Your place of transformation and you will feel your higher self and your inner child by your side.

They guide you back to your inner space,

To your inner universe.

Once there,

You say goodbye to your higher self,

To your inner child,

Knowing that you are always united,

That you can return to this place at any time,

That you can ask for advice at any time and you can connect at any time.

Breathe deeply in and out and let yourself flow through your third eye.

Let yourself drift.

Feel how you arrive back in your body.

Feel your body.

Feel how your abdominal wall rises with each inhalation and how your abdominal wall lowers with each exhalation.

Bring your palms together in front of your heart.

Feel your thumbs on your breastbone.

Thank yourself for having the courage and strength to walk this path and to let go of the emotional baggage in order to create something new,

To make space for the new that your soul wants to create in this world.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes and take the time you need to fully return to your everyday life.

Perhaps you would like to write down or creatively realize what you have experienced.

Follow your intuition as often as possible.
