Maybe on a chair or cross-legged on the floor.
If you choose,
You can lean onto a wall.
For best practice,
Let your hips be elevated over your knees.
Maybe you can sit on the edge of a cushion.
Your shoulders are best stacked over your hips.
Now let's begin.
I invite you to close your eyes and start to notice how you feel right now.
Feel your body and notice yourself from the inside.
Let all feelings and sensations be welcome.
Allow your body to relax.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Take a long breath in and breathe out the tension in your body.
Allow yourself to settle more and more.
Now simply notice how the air is entering your nostrils and travelling down into your lungs.
Be aware of how it feels when the air is leaving your body.
On the next inhale,
Notice your belly,
How it rises.
And on the exhale,
How that feels like.
Simply notice any sensation in your body.
Everything happens in the right place at the right time.
On the next inhale,
I want you to imagine a healing vortex in your heart center.
It is spinning in a clockwise direction.
Choose a color,
Maybe a beautiful white light or golden or pink.
Pick what feels best for you now.
On the next inhale,
The healing vortex is expanding.
On the exhale,
You can feel the healing and soothing motion.
The healing vortex is now covering your torso.
And on its way,
It is healing,
Repairing,
Cleaning and clearing anything that needs it.
On every inhale,
You feel the vortex expanding and growing.
Imagine how it is covering your hips,
Legs and feet.
Anything that is not serving you is leaving your body.
On every exhale,
You feel the healing light soothing your body.
On the next inhale,
Feel the healing vortex covering your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your head.
On the exhale,
Imagine how you exhale healing light.
Take deep,
Long breaths and feel your whole body covered in healing and soothing light.
Imagine yourself glowing in this light.
Imagine this light shining out of the top of your head and beaming out into the universe.
On every inhale,
You receive light from above.
And on every exhale,
You are radiating light.
You are fully connected.
Now,
Simply be with yourself,
Safe,
Sound and fully connected.
Take deep,
Long healing breaths on your own.
Now,
On the next inhales,
I want you to imagine the healing vortex is getting smaller and smaller.
On the exhale,
You start to shoot less and less energy out into the universe.
Inhale and the healing vortex is getting smaller and smaller.
Exhale and feel the healing in your whole body.
On the next inhale,
The healing vortex is getting a small ball of light in your heart center,
Glowing and always there for you to give and receive love and light.
It stays with you.
It is a part of you.
On the next inhale,
Let your hands come together in front of your heart center.
Give thanks for your practice and gently press your palms together.
Drop your chin a bit and when you like,
You can fold forward and bow down to the greatness.
When you are ready,
You can sit up straight again and gently blink your eyes open.
