Hello guys!
Good evening,
Good morning,
Good afternoon,
Depending on where you are.
Thank you so much for joining our live today.
And Kim,
I can see the first comment from you.
Hello from Ventura,
California.
Great!
Well,
Hello to California.
Hello,
Kim.
I am now in Brazil,
In Sao Paulo,
And it is 5 p.
M.
It's summer here.
Yeah,
Thank you for letting me know.
Great!
So I am very happy to welcome you guys for this event today.
And I hope that we can have a very profound and smooth conversation,
A dialogue.
I'm always very happy to hear from you,
To connect with you,
To know your opinions,
Experiences,
And so on.
So please remember that it is a safe space for all of us just to be ourselves.
And free from judgment,
Full of acceptance.
And,
Of course,
If you will be having any questions or doubts around our topic,
Or maybe general,
Just please let me know in the comments.
Let me also adjust my camera.
Maybe it will be a bit better this way.
All right.
A few words about me.
My name is Diana.
I am a Mind-Body Connection coach and a meditation teacher.
So today we are here for our second live event in the series of the Mindful Goodbye to the Year.
It is the same name of the course that will be soon released here on InsideTimer.
It is a short,
Very compact three-day course to,
Well,
Clearly say goodbye to this 2024 and to start the next year mindfully with an intention,
With a light heart.
And with a lot of space for the new stuff,
New good stuff to come into the life.
So that is what we are actually going to do today.
The previous live event was on the topic of gratitude.
We were saying thanks to all of the amazing and probably challenging things that have happened to us during this year.
And this live will be also uploaded just as a talk for everyone to access.
But already in the beginning of 2025,
Right?
Because of the InsideTimer deadlines for uploading the tracks.
Well,
Today we will talk about letting go and about forgiving.
It is not an easy topic and even less easy practice.
But that is why we are here together because I'm sure that together we can do much more than individually.
And this space and atmosphere that we are creating,
It is invaluable.
So thank you once again for being here.
And I would like to thank you guys for your donations as well during our live event or after at any moment.
It is a really big support for me as a teacher here on the platform and for all of the other teachers to whom you decide to donate money.
I know how much it matters and it's a great motivation to continue.
And it's a sign that we are doing something very meaningful for the community,
For all of us.
So thank you so much in advance,
Guys.
Of course,
I think that a lot of people,
Majority of us are in a kind of more relaxed mood in December.
Relaxed state,
As I can judge by myself.
Of course,
It doesn't mean that we have fewer tasks to complete and fewer deadlines.
On the contrary,
But I'm feeling just going with the flow.
Yeah,
Maybe,
Of course,
It is the tiredness that accumulated during the whole year.
But what I want to say is that it's also a perfect time to reflect on all of the 12,
Okay,
11 and a half months that have passed and just to take the best from what was and to create something even more beautiful in the next year.
And in order to create,
To allow something new,
Bright,
Meaningful,
Something that you truly want to come into your life,
We need to make space for that.
And how?
Of course,
By letting go of something that is already outdated,
Something that doesn't serve us,
Something that weights us down.
And that is what we are going to reflect on today.
I have my notes below the camera,
So I'll be looking there a few times.
So basically,
The structure of this live event,
Which will take about an hour or so,
Depending on the flow in our conversation.
Yeah,
We will just discuss what is or what means to let go and to forgive for all of us because at some points it's deeply personal.
We will discuss the scientific benefits of forgiving,
Discuss our personal experiences and challenges around these topics.
And I'm sure this part will be very beneficial for all of us because sharing experiences not only allows us to open up and to soften and to find understanding,
But also to know that we are not alone in our challenges and that many,
Many people can resonate with that and are going through similar things.
And that is where we can also take support,
Immense support.
And we will also discuss some techniques to let go.
I will be very curious about your favorite ones.
And at the end,
We will traditionally have a guided meditation on our topic on letting go and forgiving.
So I hope that sounds interesting to you guys.
If so,
Please stay until the end.
But if something happens,
You can always access the recording of this live event,
Which will be uploaded later to Insight Timer.
All right,
So first of all,
I'm very curious,
Guys,
How do you understand letting go and forgiving?
Like these two terms that we will be closely discussing today.
And of course,
I guess it is common sense to understand what it is,
But I would like to hear back from you.
How does this resonate with you?
What it truly means to you?
However you understand the question in these both terms.
So please let me know in the comment section.
And a gentle reminder to all of you guys,
Stay hydrated.
I always keep a glass of water on my work table.
It really helps me to always remember to sip a bit of water and really improves the quality of my life and health.
So just a little tip for all of you.
Forgiveness,
Release,
Heaviness in my soul.
Yes,
Of course.
I totally imagine that and it is partly the same to me too.
I would say for me,
I release heaviness not only in my soul and from my soul,
But also from my physical chest area and from my heart.
Yeah,
I can also feel it physically after practicing Nia.
The act of forgiveness is self-love.
Absolutely,
I love that.
Yes,
Also totally agree with that.
And this is what I wanted also to mention that letting go and forgiving isn't simple at all,
But we are doing it for ourselves in the first place.
Not for the people who probably hurt us or the situations that were totally unpleasant or even harmful,
But we do it for ourselves,
For our own good,
For our health,
Mental and physical.
And yeah,
That's an act of self-love.
Great,
Thank you.
Sunstar,
I hope I pronounced your name correctly.
Hi,
Diana,
Just joined.
Did I miss the meditation?
No,
You didn't miss the meditation.
Thanks for being here.
The guided meditation will be at the end after our discussion.
So please stay with us and I always encourage you guys.
And also an invitation to all of the listeners to participate in the comment section in the discussion.
Right.
Thanks for catching up.
Sure.
Yeah,
That's what we're here for.
Great.
Thank you.
And to me,
Letting go,
It is a very powerful practice.
When we release all the negative emotions,
Well,
Maybe not all,
But most of the negative emotions,
Thoughts,
Experiences from the past.
And when we hold on to these emotions or the thoughts that are constantly running somewhere in the background of our head,
Maybe we experience anger,
Resentment,
Whatever it can be for you,
It breaks us down and prevents us from moving forward,
From living our best life.
We are kind of getting stuck in the past and with letting go,
With working through these situations,
We can definitely allow positive changes to happen in our life.
And as a psychosomatic specialist,
I can also see how much letting go contributes to our physical health and how much holding to something that doesn't serve us anymore can just block our energy.
And I'm not talking about any metaphysical energy,
But our energy in the body,
Our life in the body.
And with all the practices,
With forgiving,
Including that,
We can improve our health,
Our mindset.
We can shift it completely if we want to and heal,
Heal our soul and our heart.
Well,
And when we forgive,
We release ourselves,
We break free.
So once again,
That is a very important,
I hope,
Regular practice to just take care of yourself,
Right?
And I would like to know your experience,
Guys,
With the forgiveness and letting go,
Whether you could successfully do it in the past or maybe you are struggling with that,
Which is completely normal.
We are all humans and it's all deeply personal.
So how was it?
How is it for you guys?
And I think it's a great time to take a deeper breath,
Send in the air into the belly,
Chest and head and release everything,
Arrive more into our space,
Into the here and now moment.
Kim,
My therapist said I forgave but haven't forgotten.
Yeah,
These are very different things.
And of course that is pretty impossible to forget something,
Can be also very harmful for our memory.
But forgive,
That's a completely different story.
We can never and probably we shouldn't forget what happened to us because it is invaluable experience,
Again,
That has taught us a lot,
Immensely,
That it's kind of our foundation for acting right now.
So something that we have learned through our experience deeply,
Not from the books,
Not from other people.
Yeah,
So forgetting is not a point,
But forgiving,
Yes,
That is where magic happens.
And I'm very happy that Kim,
You forgave.
Yeah,
Congratulations.
I'm very happy to know that.
And maybe you guys would like to share,
Because I'm also very curious about that,
Maybe some challenges that you find on your way of letting go and forgiving.
I'm sure that most of us would deeply resonate with that.
I totally understand that it's not an easy topic to share and to just reflect on that.
So thank you guys for just thinking about that yourself.
I truly appreciate it.
And that is one of my motivations to host these live events,
Just to gather together and create this space where we can reflect on our own on some very meaningful stuff and heal and support each other.
Right.
And of course,
Thank you for your hearts as well.
Summer Star,
I'm here,
But multitasking while listening.
Okay,
Yes.
Well,
That's good.
That's good to know.
So to me personally,
Letting go,
I would say I am doing quite well with forgiving,
Again,
Because my motivation is not to do better,
To do well for other people who hurt me,
But to myself.
And I clearly see the benefits of it on the quality of my life.
So I'm kind of steadily moving forward with that.
But letting go,
That's something probably different to me.
Letting go of something that is outdated,
That is not interesting to me or that weights me down.
Yeah,
I can definitely do that.
But I often notice myself still clinging to the situations or people that I don't want to change or to leave my life.
So in this sense,
Letting go is a very hard practice to me.
But by tiny,
Tiny atomic steps,
I'm also moving forward with that.
All right.
And I guess that's the biggest challenge in this topic for me right now.
Yes.
But on the other hand,
My soul,
Somewhere deep inside,
I believe what,
Not only believe,
But I know that what is truly ours will always find a way to either stay with us or come back to us.
So in this sense,
Letting go shouldn't be difficult,
Right?
So kind of balancing in that between those two realities of mine.
And let me know if there are any questions here,
If there are some aspects that you guys would like to discuss before we move to the benefits of forgiveness.
Feel free to drop your question or anything that you would like to.
Yeah.
Also feel free to share how this year was for you in general,
How the December is going,
Whether you are preparing to celebrate any holidays or just turn the page of the month.
I can say that the past year was incredible to me.
And of course,
It wasn't all just bright and easy.
But now looking back,
I probably think it was one of the best years to me in personal growth,
In the growth and development of my business,
In the social connections that I've built,
The relationships that deepened,
And how much I've changed personally.
Yeah.
I'm very grateful for everything that happened.
And of course,
I will be practicing today's meditation with you guys because there is people,
Emotions.
I also should let go off and I will.
Yeah.
So that's kind of a promise to myself here in our circle today.
I will.
All right.
So I guess everything is clear.
And let's move to the benefits of scientific benefits of letting go and forgiveness.
I am a big fan of neuroscience and now I am taking the meditation teacher program with Mingyur Rinpoche and we are going through various topics such as wisdom or compassion,
Including self-compassion and dedicating a lot of time to studying the neuroscience behind the meditation.
So I'm always fascinated by knowing that,
Oh my God,
It's not only me who feels better after any type of meditation,
But it's also scientifically proven it works.
This is how our brains work.
And yeah,
I'm just,
I hope you guys will be also as excited about the neuroscience and the benefits that we are going to discuss as I am.
So of course,
I think the most obvious are the emotional benefits.
And of course,
Guys,
Feel free to add whatever comes to your mind.
It will help us to reduce stress and anxiety.
So when we let go of negative emotions,
Some of the negative thought patterns,
It can significantly reduce the anxiety levels and in turn,
Of course,
Improve mental health.
And here we are not talking only about stress and anxiety,
But also it can ease the symptoms of depression,
Which sounds huge and again,
Fascinating to me.
Of course,
Forgiveness,
Letting go in all of the forms that we can imagine,
Not only meditation as we are here on Inside Timer,
But whatever works best for you will improve your mental health,
Will improve the quality of your life.
And as a result of this,
All increased happiness,
Of course,
And life satisfaction.
I think that's kind of logical,
Right?
And I'm sure that all of us here at some point have experienced that,
Right?
At least I really hope so.
And again,
As a psychosomatic specialist,
I'm deeply sure in the interconnectedness of our mind and our body,
Of our emotions and our physical state.
So let's talk about the physical benefits.
And numerous studies have shown that forgiveness can reduce blood pressure,
Heart rate,
And even inflammation in the body.
So again,
Thinking of that and from the point that,
All right,
I will take care of myself,
Of my mental health and all of my body.
Reducing inflammation sounds,
Again,
Amazing,
No?
And why not to give it a try,
This practice?
As a result,
It can strengthen immune system.
So it can boost all the positive processes in our bodies and help us release the toxins as well.
So another big shift that will happen in your physical body where the practices of forgiveness and letting go.
And of course,
As we are social creatures,
There are many social benefits.
And let me just mention a couple of them.
Stronger relationships.
And we can not only become more mindful of what is going on or of our reactions and learn from our experiences,
But it can also reduce the conflict and promote understanding of ourselves first and of other people.
So our relationships will deepen and grow stronger.
Not all of them,
Of course,
And not all of them have to go this way,
But we would have to let go of some relationships as well.
The ones that are not positive,
The ones that do not contribute into our life.
And of course,
Increased social support.
So people who practice forgiveness tend to have stronger social support networks.
The people in their lives who they can trust,
On whom they can relate,
And yeah,
Who can just support them.
And they can be support for others as well.
And I hope this is what we are doing and enhancing here during our life event and generally with the Insight Timer community.
I'm a big fan of this platform and I've been using it myself for the past nine years.
And I hope,
Pretty sure,
I will never stop.
Well,
That was it.
The section about the benefits of letting go and forgiveness.
Any questions,
Reflections?
Please,
Guys,
Let me know.
Maybe you have something to add to this list.
I'm sure that you can draw some benefits,
Maybe not such obvious for all of us,
From your experience.
I'll be very thankful.
Again,
Let's take a deeper breath together.
Through the nose and out through the mouth.
Tap into your body for a second.
Just check if you feel comfortable or you want to change the position.
Take care of yourself every moment.
And before I share with you guys the techniques,
The most beneficial ones,
The most effective ones,
Let's say,
Of practice of forgiveness and letting go,
I would love to hear from you guys.
How do you practice forgiveness?
So I guess,
Kim,
You mentioned the therapist.
I guess you practice it in therapy,
Right?
Which is an incredible way.
Yeah,
I deeply believe in different kinds of therapy,
Especially in psychosomatics,
Because I find this method very precise.
So instead of working on resolving a problem during a few sessions or even longer time,
We can just,
In psychosomatics,
Identify the root cause of this problem and gently remove it from our either past or in our body,
Including the body,
From our minds.
So kind of,
Yeah,
Removing something that is outdated out of the system in one or two sessions.
So that's why I am a big fan of this method.
It worked well for me,
And I see that it works greatly for my clients as well.
But again,
It is deeply personal,
And any kind of therapy that works for you guys is great.
Well,
I think that was the first technique that I wanted to mention.
And once again,
Let me repeat the question,
What techniques or methods,
Rituals,
Probably,
You guys use to let go and to forgive?
Again,
It is not an easy practice,
So I hope that our advice,
Recommendations,
Discussions will help all of us,
Maybe motivate us to try something new.
All right,
Let me mention a few more.
And I think my favorite one would be just writing down a forgiveness letter.
It sounds like probably something silly,
But first,
I encourage you guys to write with a pen on the paper because it enhances the mind-body connection,
And it helps you to release the emotions much better rather than if we would type it on computer or on our cell phone.
Yeah,
So writing a forgiveness letter to maybe a person who hurt you,
Or to that unpleasant situation that happened to you,
Or even a forgiveness letter to yourself,
Because I'm pretty sure that maybe it's even more challenging than forgiving others to forgive yourself for something.
Well,
At least it was the case for me this year.
Yeah,
I thought that,
Without sharing too many details,
I'm thinking,
How can I speak about that?
Yeah,
Something about my personal life,
And I believed that,
Okay,
That is it,
And I don't need this kind of stuff in my life anymore,
And I will just cut everything right here and right now.
And it seemed to me like a really good decision,
And the other way I wouldn't do so,
But weeks have passed,
And months have passed,
And I realized that,
Well,
Probably that is not what I wanted to do.
That's not what I want now that I did in the past.
And yeah,
I was still very hesitant how I should act,
Whether I should try to change something about it or just forget,
But I couldn't forget.
So I realized that,
Okay,
I should accept that probably it was a mistake,
And that probably I should fix it right now,
Because I can.
Why not?
And that is the moment when I had to practice a lot of self-compassion,
Which is also a bit challenging for me,
And to forgive myself for making that mistake in the first place.
And of course,
I learned a lot from that experience,
And I learned a lot,
First of all,
About myself,
My reactions,
My decision-making process,
And so on.
But I'm very happy that I just,
Again,
Did something better to myself.
I gave myself another chance,
And it seems to work much better this time.
Yeah,
Not sure how clear it was for you guys without knowing the whole story,
But yeah,
I hope that you can also be a little more gentle with yourself,
Because we are the most important people in our lives,
Right?
And why should we be harsh with ourselves?
So try also maybe just as a little experiment or just for fun,
Who knows,
To write a forgiveness letter to yourself.
I'm sure it will be very,
Very beneficial,
Probably in the ways that you do not expect now.
It's beautiful.
And the process of writing a letter,
Either to yourself or to somebody else,
You do not have to send this letter to the person or anywhere,
But this process will activate the positive change inside of you and in your thinking patterns.
So give it a try,
Guys.
And what you can do after you finish writing that letter,
You can just rip it and throw it away.
That's it.
No need to keep it,
Reread it,
Nothing.
Or even burn it as a ritual,
But please be careful and do it outside.
Yes.
Also,
When practicing letting go or forgiving,
Try to reframe the situation in your head.
And it doesn't mean that you have to,
Again,
Change the signs or become on the side of another person or create any excuses in your head for what has happened.
But just trying to see the situation from another angle,
From a different perspective,
Kind of through different lenses or eyes,
Perhaps you will discover something new for yourself that will,
Again,
Only help you to resolve it better for yourself.
You are doing it for yourself from the place of self-love and self-care.
Right.
Okay.
Probably some other rituals or ways that you guys would like to share with us.
I'm very open to hear from you.
Okay.
I can see the hearts,
So I guess that we are on the same page and we can probably continue.
Here,
Also,
A very important moment when we are speaking about letting go and forgiving,
To support ourselves in this process and to perhaps gain more confidence or self-support,
I would strongly recommend you guys the Mind-Body Connection practices,
Regulating your nervous system,
Reframing your mindset.
Here are endless techniques and tools that you can use for yourself to kind of create a personalized set of rituals or practices that will serve you on this way when working with the mind and body.
And if you want some support and guidance in this path,
Please reach out to me.
I am always happy to connect with you guys.
You can send me a direct message here on Insight Timer.
And I will be happy to support you in our personal one-to-one Mind-Body Connection coaching.
Well,
And soon we will be moving to the guided meditation on our today's topic.
And I would like you guys now to reflect for a few moments on the things that you would like to let go,
Let go of from this past year,
Things,
People,
Emotions,
Situations,
Whatever it is for you.
And you may also share it in the comments without probably being too specific if it feels very vulnerable,
But framing your intention in the words and especially sharing it with other people,
It will accumulate the energy that you can need that will help you in the process of meditation and letting go.
Right.
It will,
It will help your brain focus on what exactly matters on the goal that you want to achieve,
Something that you would like to release.
It is always beneficial to frame it into the words where either writing down or speaking out loud.
And maybe you can also think of a person that you want to forgive.
Yeah,
I wanted to take a deeper breath at this moment.
So when we start to reflect on these questions,
We already start the process.
We are already setting our mind to practice.
And please guys,
Feel free to share a few words,
A few intentions of yours with all of us here in the comment section.
All right.
So I hope these couple of moments helped you to shift to our,
To the beginning of our meditation.
So please guys,
Find a comfortable position,
However you would like to practice this meditation today,
Whether seated or lying down.
Just make sure that your spine is straight yet relaxed.
Look around yourself,
At your surroundings,
Slowly moving your attention from one object to another,
From the sides,
Above you and below.
Take a slightly deeper breath and with the breath out,
Close your eyes.
Let's take another deep breath in,
Sending the air deep into your belly and relaxing all the organs and muscles there and releasing the tension with a sigh.
Continue breathing naturally and set an intention for this practice to release negative emotions,
Forgive ourselves and others and embrace a fresh start.
Feel free something that resonates with you.
Visualize the past year as a colorful tapestry woven with threads of joy,
Sorrow,
Triumph and challenge.
Each thread represents a month,
A season or a significant event or a person.
Take a moment to review this tapestry,
Noticing the vibrant hues of joy and the darker shades of difficulty.
And you may think of it generally,
Kind of noticing the most important or the biggest events or you may go into the detail or choose only one that you would like to work with during our practice.
However,
It feels right to you right now.
Visualize it and acknowledge the challenges that you have faced.
Perhaps there were setbacks,
Disappointments or periods of stress.
And instead of going deeper into the stories of your mind connected with everything that comes up to you,
Just acknowledge them as your experience that something that has passed and accept it as a fact.
Please be gentle with yourself in this process.
And if something feels very intense to you,
Just lower the intensity of it.
Breathe steadily with slightly longer exhales to soften your body and mind.
And if it is possible to you,
Just sit with these memories,
Situations or people or emotions for a couple of moments.
Trust that it is safe for you right now.
It is only a practice for your highest good.
And try to feel how it manifests in your body,
Whether there is a sense of comfort or discomfort,
Heat or cold,
Tension or relaxation.
Just notice what is without analyzing it.
And recognize that it is human to make mistakes and to experience setbacks.
Embrace these imperfections as a part of your journey,
Something deeply personal.
And imagine some kind of chords,
Energetic chords that bind you to these experiences or people.
Notice how these chords look and feel like,
Whether they are long,
Thick or short and barely noticeable.
How much energy is in those chords,
How many of them you see right now.
And visualize yourself releasing these ties with a symbolic gesture,
Maybe cutting this chord with scissors or simply taking it off your body or breaking a chain.
However feels good to you now.
Release yourself.
As you release these chords one by one,
No rush here.
Visualize any negative emotions associated with these experiences.
Maybe sadness,
Resentment,
Anger.
Imagine these emotions simply disappearing into the air.
You may see this released energy as some color or shape,
Texture.
Maybe it has a smell or sound,
Any words that pop in your head.
Whatever it is,
Notice this energy and release it.
And you may repeat the same process of cutting and releasing chords for as long as you want and as many times as it feels right to you.
I will give you a couple of more moments.
And notice the changes in your body when you released these chords and let go of everything and everyone that you don't want to have in your life anymore.
Perhaps you may experience a sense of opening in your chest area or your heart softening or a sense of ease in your belly,
Spaciousness in your head.
Whatever it is for you or if there are no obvious changes,
It is perfect as well.
See what it is now and accept what is too.
And allow yourself to let go of all the regrets about the past and all of the worries about the future.
Let's do it together with a deeper breath in and letting go with a sigh.
Take a fresh deep breath in and feel the compassion to yourself,
The love that you have for yourself.
And if it is challenging to you,
Just imagine how it would feel experiencing self-compassion and self-love.
Acknowledge your efforts and recognize that it is okay to make mistakes and not to be perfect.
If it is something that you also want to do,
You may hug yourself or touch yourself gently,
Maybe touch your hair or pat your head or shoulder,
Your neck,
Whatever feels gentle,
Good and nurturing to you right now.
You may simply put your hand on your heart,
Another on your belly and be right here and right now with yourself.
Allow these new sensations,
Emotions and feelings to grow wider and bigger and to fill all the space inside of you,
The space that you just freed with letting go and forgiving.
Let this space inside of your body and your mind,
Your spirit,
Your heart be filled with self-love,
Self-support,
Self-acknowledgement,
Whatever you want to add for yourself right now.
And shift your attention to the positive aspects of your life,
Cultivating gratitude,
Maybe the relationships that you have in your life right now,
Your health,
Your accomplishments,
Your home,
Your work,
Whatever it might be for you.
The food that you have in your fridge,
The drinking water,
Your bed,
The technology that allows you to join our life event today.
Say in your mind or out loud,
Thank you,
Experiencing the feeling of gratitude and all the coming elevated emotions.
And of course,
Say thank you to yourself for taking this time to take care of yourself,
To contribute deeply,
Meaningfully to your life.
And say thank you to our beautiful community that we have here on Insight Timer,
To all of the teachers and participants,
All the discussions,
Everything that we all create together here.
Slowly bring your awareness back to your body,
You may add some gentle movements.
Feel the sensation of your breath and the support of the ground beneath you.
And if it feels right,
Open your eyes.
Carry this feeling of peace and release with you during the whole day and during your life in general.
Remember that letting go is a process,
It is not a one-time event.
And by practicing forgiveness and releasing,
You can create a space for healing,
Growth,
And peace.
This concludes our guided meditation for today.
Thank you guys so much for practicing.
And please let me know your experience,
How it was for you,
Whether some insights that you would like to share with us,
Anything that has shifted perhaps.
Kim,
A lovely meditation,
Thank you.
Thank you so much for your words.
Thank you for practicing.
If there were any challenges for you guys during this practice,
Please also let me know.
It will help me to improve the guided meditations in the future to serve you guys better.
I'm always open for feedback,
For your suggestions.
I really appreciate that.
Kim,
I like the visualization.
Perfect.
That's great that it worked for you.
Yeah.
Our imagination may serve us in fantastic ways.
All right.
Well,
Thank you guys for your time today.
I hope that it was helpful for you,
That you enjoyed practicing and discussing the topic together.
Once again,
This event will be uploaded as a talk on Insight Timer a few weeks later.
So please feel free to check,
To listen to it,
Or maybe to some parts that you've missed.
And I invite you to follow my profile so you'll stay tuned for the next live events.
Please check the courses that I'm offering here on Insight Timer.
My favorite one and the one that I practice myself often is Build Mind-Body Connection course.
I'm pretty sure you will be surprised when going through the course.
It's very kind of interactive and has a lot of tools to offer.
And the live event that we were having today is about the Mindful Goodbye to the Year course that will be released on Insight Timer during this week.
So please also practice this three-day course.
It will be very,
Very helpful to start the new year as well.
And if you would like some guidance and support on your personal development journey,
I invite you to my Mind-Body Connection coaching and to listening to all the guided meditations I offer here on the platform.
Once again,
Thank you for your presence,
For your time.
Thank you for your donations,
Guys.
And I will see you soon for the next live event.
Bye!
