Welcome,

And thank you for showing up for yourself in this moment.

You are here,

And you are safe.

Whatever you are feeling right now,

The hurt,

The confusion,

The frustration,

Know that it is completely valid.

It is a natural part of being human.

I have been rejected quite a few times,

And some of them were super painful.

I get you.

And maybe for you,

This rejection came without a word,

Leaving you with a question mark and a feeling of being unseen.

We'll hold space for that too.

Take a deep,

Gentle breath in,

Sending the air deep into your belly and ribcage.

And as you exhale,

Simply give yourself permission to be exactly as you are.

Settle your body,

Find a comfortable position,

And if it feels good,

Gently close your eyes.

Allow your breath to be a quiet anchor,

Grounding you in this present moment.

Now,

Let's turn the attention inward to the physical sensations within your body.

There is no need to analyze or change anything,

Just become a gentle observer.

Notice where the feeling of rejection resides.

Is it a hollowness in your chest,

A tightness in your throat,

A pit in your stomach?

Simply locate that sensation and allow yourself to sit with it for a moment.

Give it space.

This is your body's way of communicating.

It is okay to feel this.

It is simply energy passing through you.

Just breathe with it,

Gently and without judgment.

Now,

We will begin the process of separation.

I want you to be completely sure that the event of rejection is not who you are.

There is absolutely no shame here.

Rejection is an experience,

Not a reflection of your value.

It is their choice,

A reflection of their feelings and knowledge,

And it has nothing to do with your absolute worth.

Your worth is inherent and cannot be diminished by any actions or choices of another person.

Without going into details,

Turn your attention to the images and expectations you held in your mind.

The conversations you imagined,

The dreams you had for the future.

The pictures of what could have been.

Visualize a large,

Soft eraser floating gently over these pictures in your mind.

See it slowly,

Gracefully erasing the drawings,

The scenes,

The dreams.

And as each image fades,

Feel the associated feeling of what if and any self-blame floating away,

Dissolving into thin air.

Now,

Breathe into this space you've created.

This is not an empty void.

It is a canvas,

A clear path opening up for a future that is even more aligned with your worth.

Now,

Imagine the physical feeling you've been holding as a separate entity.

Perhaps a small dense cloud,

A fleeting sensation,

Or a color.

See it floating just outside of your body,

At a distance.

This event happened to you,

Or even for you,

But it is not you.

This feeling is a temporary experience,

I promise,

Not a permanent part of your being.

Breathe in,

Drawing a line of separation,

And breathe out,

Reaffirming this truth inside.

This feeling,

This event,

Is not who you are.

You are whole,

Complete,

And worthy,

Always.

If intense emotions arise,

Tears,

A need to shake or move,

That is a sign of profound release.

Allow them to move through you without resistance.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Physically sigh it out,

Or gently shake your hands and feet,

Moving that lingering energy out of your body.

You are safely processing this.

Release the burden of shame and guilt,

For it never belonged to you in the first place.

Now,

Gently return to your core self,

Which is now lighter and more expansive.

Visualize filling the newly created space with pure,

Unconditional love.

See this loving light pouring in from the top of your head,

A vibrant color of your choice.

Feel it infuse every cell with self-compassion,

Self-love,

And strength.

Now,

Imagine the love you feel from the people who truly care about you,

A beloved friend,

A cherished family member,

And even a pet.

Feel their love and their belief in you filling you up,

Reminding you that you are deeply seen and adored.

You are free.

You are whole.

You are resilient.

Let the waves of this experience wash away,

Leaving behind the true,

Magnificent you.

Do not allow anyone to doubt you,

To stop you,

Even for a moment,

From living your best and most authentic life.

Take this time to breathe,

To heal,

And then put your head up and conquer this world.

You deserve all the good things on earth,

And I'm here to support you.

Thank you so much for spending this time together,

And I will see you soon.

Bye.
