The Anse.
The meditating on 112 meditation techniques of Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.
The vibration of Tantra of this session is so strong,
Is so special that it is not for the weak hearted.
This session requires courage.
This requires openness.
This requires one to go beyond the linear logic of rationals.
To be open for the vibrations of Tantra.
The direct transmission of vibrations of Tantra beyond words.
In Vigyan Bhairav Tantra,
Bhairava is giving,
Is expounding techniques,
Ways in which human beings can raise themselves from wherever they are,
In whichever situation they are in life,
To the highest possibility,
To the highest consciousness,
To the realization of their true nature.
And he is explaining these techniques,
He is explaining these ways to Bhairavi as a love story between Bhairava and Bhairavi.
Where Bhairavi is representing,
Is speaking out of unconsciousness and is asking how are my doubts going to be destroyed.
I have so many questions in life,
I do not understand this life,
I do not understand the true nature of reality.
Destroy my doubts.
Help me to come out of my doubts.
And Bhairava so far has been very mild,
Very lenient,
Very very patient,
Giving ways in which it is easy to understand,
It is easy to follow.
You can remain still in your own shell and allow these techniques,
Experiment with these techniques.
But the energy of what we are going to experience today,
The energy of the Tantra is so strong in this session,
Because Bhairava,
He reveals his form to Bhairavi.
He splits into three,
From one consciousness,
From one supreme consciousness,
He demonstrates Bhairavi,
His three aspects of creation,
Of maintenance,
Of destruction.
Everything that is there in consciousness,
In this universe,
It follows this creation,
Maintenance and destruction.
Everything that rises out of the unmanifested and becomes the manifested,
That follows this creation,
Maintenance and destruction.
And everything that is manifested goes back into the unmanifested.
That destruction,
That annihilation is also equally important,
Is equally the case as much as is the creation.
Everything that is created has to be destroyed,
Destroys on its own.
There is nothing in this creation,
Nothing in this universe that is created but never destroyed.
Everything that is created is destroyed.
Every form that is there in this universe,
We as a form,
Everything that we see in nature as a form,
All these planets,
All these solar systems,
All these galaxies,
The entire cosmos as a creation is also bound to be destroyed.
The process is always this complete process of creation of things rising out of nowhere,
Created out of nowhere,
Living,
Manifesting and falling back into nowhere.
And in this session,
Bhairava calls your attention.
He calls Bhairavi to look at the process of annihilation,
At destruction,
Connect to this process of destruction to complete the circle in one's consciousness.
Otherwise we live in this distorted view of the universe,
Distorted view of the cosmos.
Our approach to the cosmos is only of creation,
Only of maintenance and we avoid the destruction,
Which is an essential,
Which is required for the future,
A new future to come.
For the old to destroy,
The old must destroy for the new to arise.
As now in the beginning of 2021,
What changed?
Just the date on the calendar.
If only the date on the calendar changed,
Then nothing changed.
Nothing about the past has to be burned,
Has to be destroyed,
Completely annihilated to give rise,
To give birth to this 2021,
To give the new possibility,
A new life to you.
Meditation essentially is this process of creation,
Of maintenance and of annihilation.
In meditation,
You also let go,
Destroy everything that is there of the past.
It is by effort and also by effortlessness that you tune yourself into this process of creation,
Maintenance and annihilation.
And in today's session,
The focus,
The exaggeration,
The emphasis is on the process of annihilation so that you can let go of everything that you have been holding all throughout your life and everything that is holding you all throughout your life,
All the physical ailments,
All the psychological garbage that you have been carrying all throughout your life.
It is time to destroy.
It is time to annihilate that and once again give rise to this creation.
In the furnace of creation,
Once again you recreate yourself.
You once again are reborn as completely new,
As a completely white blank page and you create your life the way you want it,
The way you truly are in your truth,
In your true nature and let go of everything that is your past.
Let go of every single thing that is coming,
Arising,
Repeating out of your past.
Let that be annihilated,
Destroyed through this session,
Through this vibration of tantra.
Let us hear what Bhairava has to give as a technique to enable this process,
To have this process alive in our life.
Bhairava says,
Similarly meditate with one pointed mind on the entire universe being burned by kala-agni and realize what cannot be burned.
This technique is a continuation of what we did two days ago,
Where we very briefly touched upon what is called Agni and we learned,
We just tested this technique,
This process by applying it to oneself in our own imagination,
In our own visualization.
But then,
Now it takes its full form,
It takes its full possibility where Bhairava says similarly the way you had done this for yourself,
Meditate with one pointed mind on the entire universe being burned by kala-agni and realize what cannot be burned.
Let us understand what is kala-agni once again.
Kala-agni,
The fire of time.
Time as you know it right now appears to be a linear dimension,
It appears to be a simple chronology of things,
It appears to be a sense that you have that gives you a sense of continuity,
A linear continuity that there is a past,
There is some present and there is some future.
But if you come to this realization of time as fire,
As this sacred element fire which is continuously only burning,
Then in that burn,
In this different sense,
In this shift of sense of time from being simply an order,
A chronology to fire,
To something more alive,
A dimension that is alive,
That is burning every moment,
That aliveness that you have right now is because of kala-agni,
Is because of the fire of time burning right now giving the light to your life.
In that burn,
In that fire,
There is no past,
There is no future,
There is only here.
And in this visualization,
In this technique,
When you will shift your sense of time from just being a chronological linear order to a sense of fire,
To a sense of burn,
Let all the past burn,
Let all the future burn,
Let even the present be alive with the fire of kala.
So this is one component of the meditation technique,
That kala-agni,
That you will realize,
You will connect,
You will visualize to this nature of time which is fire,
Which is this sacred element fire because of which the entire universe is lit up,
Because of which there is sun,
Because of which there are stars,
Because of which there is fire,
There is life.
So you will boil everything,
All your sense of time to it being fire.
Only focusing one-pointedly on the sense of time as fire.
Whatever arises in your sense of time,
Everything is fire.
When everything is fire,
Nothing is left for you to hide,
Nothing is left for you to save.
And this fire,
This kala-agni,
Is burning the entire universe,
The universe that we have created,
This universe that we experience,
That we say,
This earth,
These planets,
These stars,
These galaxies,
The entire cosmos in your visualization,
In your tuning,
In your sense of kala-agni,
You will visualize,
You will meditate,
You will contemplate upon the entire universe burning,
The entire universe being annihilated without any exception.
In that burn,
Nothing is left.
And once again,
The entire manifestation goes back to the unmanifested.
All forms,
All forms,
You,
Nature,
This planet,
The entire cosmos,
Without exception.
Whatever is there in your consciousness,
From as little as your thoughts,
To as vast as the entire cosmos,
Is burning everything,
Burning in the fire of time,
Without any exception.
In that visualization,
In that meditation,
In that one pointed dharana,
Over this visualization,
Over this pralaya,
That the whole universe is burning,
Is in the process of annihilation,
The possibility of once again creation arises.
In that furnace,
Once again,
All the past is burnt and the possibility of creation.
Once again,
There will be a possibility of the form to arise,
But you remain with the formless,
You remain with the unmanifested.
When everything that is there in the form,
When everything that is manifested is burnt in the fire of time,
You realize what cannot be burnt,
You realize what is unmanifested,
You realize what is formless.
You are the formless,
You are the unmanifested,
You are that supreme consciousness.
But to come to that realization,
Everything that is in the form has to be burnt in this meditation,
In this contemplation.
And if you do that one pointedly,
If you put all your energy in this very meditation,
This very moment becomes a moment of transformation.
Let us practice this meditation technique in three steps.
Step number one,
Tuning into this sense of time and seeing this sense of time as fire.
Everything that you call as time,
Seeing this as fire.
Second step,
Allowing this fire to burn this entire space,
Entire universe,
Entire contents of your consciousness.
And therefore,
Coming to the third step,
Coming out of these two dimensions of space and time to something that is dimensionless,
Something that is formless,
Something that is unmanifested,
Pure consciousness.
Let us close our eyes and take a posture that allows us to go through this transformative process,
This powerful meditation,
This connecting to kala agony.
The sacred fire of time.
Your body relaxed yet alert.
Your head,
Your neck,
Your spine relaxed yet alert.
Allowing the breath to settle.
Your awareness to turn inwards.
Your mind,
Your energies to settle for contemplation,
For meditation.
Yeah.
Awareness on the sense of time.
Feeling the energy,
The sense of time is fire.
For beginners,
You may visualize fire,
You may imagine fire.
This visualization,
This sense of fire,
Past,
Future,
Present,
All is lit on fire.
The entire timeline of your life is lit.
The entire timeline of your life is lit on fire.
Keeping your awareness.
On fire.
On the flames.
On the energy.
On the light of fire.
You may recognize fire.
On the light of fire.
And this fire grows.
The energy rises.
Suddenly,
The whole universe is on fire.
You may recognize fire.
On the light of fire.
You may recognize fire.
On the light of fire.
All your energies in this visualization.
All you see is fire.
All you see is fire.
Everywhere.
In the whole universe.
All forms burning in the fire.
All forms burning in the fire.
All forms burning in the fire.
All forms burning in the fire.
Feeling the heat,
The energy.
The light is fire burning all forms.
All manifestations.
The entire space is on fire.
All forms burning in the fire.
All forms burning in the fire.
The fire of time.
Burning.
Consuming the space.
Shift your awareness to the formless.
To the unmanifested energies.
To the silence.
Leave all effort,
All visualization.
Simply stay silent and aware.
Very gently.
Slowly,
You may open your eyes.
Maintaining this sense of energy,
Silence,
Awareness and this connection to the vibrations of Tantra.
Taking them to your day,
To your life.
