I would invite you to close your eyes,

Find yourself a comfortable sitting posture with your hands either in your lap or on your thighs.

Bring your back straight,

Shoulders down,

Head straight and start breathing in and out as rapidly as you can.

Breathe in and out through your nose,

Inhalation through the nose,

Exhalation also through the nose.

Breathe in and out through your nose,

Exhalation also through the nose.

Breathe in and out through your nose,

Exhalation also through the nose.

Breathe in and out through your nose,

Exhalation also through the nose.

Breathe in and out through your nose,

Exhalation also through the nose.

Breathe in and out through your nose,

Exhalation also through the nose.

Engage your whole body in and out as rapidly as possible.

Breathe in and out through your nose,

Exhalation also through the nose.

Breathe in and out through your nose,

Exhalation also through the nose.

Breathe in and out through your nose,

Exhalation also through the nose.

And let go.

Allow your breath to find its natural pace.

Allow your body to rest.

Feel the sensations in your body.

As your breath settles,

Become aware of the pause after exhalation.

Allow your breath to settle.

Allow your breath to settle.

Feel your awareness on the pause after exhalation.

With every exhalation,

Let go of everything in this pause.

Feel your awareness on the pause after exhalation.

Feel your awareness on the pause after exhalation.

Allow your body to settle.

Allow your body to settle.

And with every exhalation,

Let yourself go more and more and more.

And with every exhalation,

Let yourself go more and more and more and more.

And with every exhalation,

Let yourself go more and more and more and more.

Let yourself go more and more and more and more.

Let your breath flowing in and out and your awareness on the pause after exhalation.

Let your breath flow in and out and your awareness on the pause after exhalation.

Allow yourself to become more silent.

Let yourself go more and more and more and more and more.

Let yourself go more and more and more and more and more.

Now leave the breath and just remain aware of nothing in particular.

Keeping your awareness inwards in your inner space.

Allow this inner silence to grow and your awareness to settle in your inner space.

Let yourself go more and more and more and more and more and more.

Remain absolutely still and silent.

Let yourself go more and more and more and more and more.

If anything arises in your consciousness,

Let that go.

Remain silent and aware.

Let yourself go more and more and more and more and more.

No more movement.

Keep your awareness closed.

Let everything go into silence.

And simply remain aware.

All your awareness in your inner space.

And move deeper into silence.

All your awareness in your inner space.

And move deeper into silence.

All your awareness in your inner space.

And move deeper into silence.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

And observe your breath as it rises and folds restfully.

And observe your breath as it rises and folds restfully.

In this absolute silence,

You're observing your breath rising and falling.

And you're observing your breath as it rises and falls.

Notice a sense of centeredness.

Sense of silence.

Stillness.

And while maintaining that sense of stillness,

Silence,

Be thankful that you're alive.

Be thankful that you're healthy.

And very gently and slowly,

You may open your eyes or remain sitting with your eyes closed for the next minutes.

Wow, wow, wow! thank you. The sense of overwhelming calm I felt the entire time after breath of fire was utterly blissful. Excited to continue practicing this meditation throughout the entire month, and compare and reflect upon my experiences today versus after 20 or so days. Thank you, thank you. 🙏🏾✨

Felt good but difficult to do the breathwork for as long. My lungs felt tired from trying something different. I can tell it will get easier with repetition.

I will return to this practice. I honestly found the beginning breath of fire very challenging but beautiful.
