Beginners Heart Relaxation Find a comfortable place where you can sit on a chair or on the ground or simply lay down.

Close your eyes and intend to relax.

Focusing on the point in between your two eyebrows,

Just above.

Allowing for the breath to be smooth,

Slow,

Long.

Relaxing any tension in your physical body through the breath,

Creating space.

Feeling the body expand again relaxing as more and more breath flows in effortlessly.

Now move your awareness to the space at the center of your chest.

Feeling whatever you feel in this space right now.

If you find that the space of your heart is tense,

Intend to relax.

Relax your shoulders down,

Create space in your back,

Allow for the chest to open.

Creating space for the heart to be light.

As you continue relaxing your heart,

Allow for any negativity in thought,

Physical sensations or emotions to express itself and release.

Intending for your heart to open as you relax,

As you focus on your breath.

Lengthening,

Slowing down your breath,

Creating space in your body.

Keeping your awareness at your heart,

Feeling the warmth,

The expansion coming from the center of your heart.

Continuously releasing any negativity as your heart continues to open.

Focusing on gratitude,

Focusing on unconditional love,

Compassion,

Feeling your heart open more and more in response,

Relaxing,

Expanding.

As you keep your awareness at the level of your heart,

Feeling the heart expanding,

Opening,

Slowly begin to come back.

Deepening your breath,

Keeping your heart open as you do so.

Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Keeping your heart open and gently opening your eyes.

I enjoy this meditation because it is simple yet so effective in bringing an intention to the body during meditation. Sets a nice focus for deeper levels of meditation. I like to follow this with my morning routine from dispenza breaking the habit of being yourself! Thanks for sharing
