As you become more and more comfortable in your body,
Feel the muscles around your eyes become very relaxed.
So relaxed that they gently close.
And as they close you feel even more relaxed.
Giving yourself permission to completely let go.
Letting go of the need to see anything,
To do anything,
To hear anything.
Disconnecting from your environment so that you can begin to travel inward.
Imagine,
Visualize or feel a wave of relaxation moving from the top of your head all the way down to your toes.
Releasing any tension,
Any contraction along the way.
And as you follow the wave of relaxation you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.
And so if you would just relax more than you've ever relaxed before.
And all you need to do really to relax in this way is simply to let go.
And as you let go you become lighter and lighter.
And it is in this state of lightness that you heal.
