Aloha.

Get as comfortable as you can be,

Whatever that may look like for you today.

Allowing the body to completely relax,

Knowing that you are carried and supported.

Allowing the breath to deepen.

Close your eyes gently and just follow along with the rhythm of your breath,

Letting it guide you into a state of deep inner peace and tranquility.

As you breathe deeply,

Imagine yourself surrounded by the gentle beauty of your favorite island.

What does it look like?

How does it smell?

Visualize it.

Picture the vibrant colors of tropical flowers,

The greenery of the mountains,

The crystal clear waters of the ocean.

What can you smell?

What can you hear?

Are there birds singing?

Do you feel the waves?

Do you hear them?

Connect to the essence of Aloha,

The spirit of love and connection.

Allow the sensation of Aloha to embrace you with its warmth and compassion.

In this meditation we will implement Ho'oponopono,

An ancient Hawaiian spiritual practice of forgiveness.

Feel the energy of this moment merging with the essence of Aloha,

Creating a powerful combination of love and renewal.

Know in your heart that you can start over at any point in your life and embrace the frequency of love.

In this sacred space of love and connection,

Invite the practice of Ho'oponopono into your heart.

Allow me to offer the phrases to you.

With each breath,

Repeat the following traditional Ho'oponopono phrases silently or aloud.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Right here and now,

Let's dive a little deeper into those phrases.

Connecting to the phrase I'm sorry.

Taking your time to reflect on any past actions or thoughts that may have caused harm to yourself or to anyone else.

Sincerely apologize for them.

Let go of any guilt or regret that you may have.

Know in your heart that forgiveness starts with acknowledging your mistakes.

I'm sorry.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Humbly ask for forgiveness from yourself or from others,

From the universe as a whole.

Trust in the power of forgiveness to heal and restore balance to all your relationships and situations.

Please forgive me.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

Express gratitude for the opportunity to learn and grow from your experiences,

Even those that may have been challenging to you or even painful.

Give thanks for all the lessons and all the blessings that are brought to you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

I love you.

Offer love and compassion to yourself,

To others,

To the world around you.

Recognizing the beauty of every living being on this planet.

See if you can commit to living with an open heart,

Inviting in this spirit of aloha,

Spirit of love.

I love you.

I love you.

Feel into the words and the deeper meaning behind them.

Repeat it with me a few more times,

Going through all the stages,

All the emotions to welcome whatever comes up for you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

With each repetition of these phrases,

Feel the energy of forgiveness and all the love expanding within you or washing away any obstacles to inner peace and harmony.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Allow yourself to be fully present here in this moment,

Embracing the healing power of ho'oponopono with an open heart and an open mind.

Keep yourself in mind.

We repeat the phrases again.

Forgive yourself.

Heal yourself.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Think of someone in your life who you're very close to.

Offer them the same phrases of forgiveness,

Sharing the love,

The aloha spirit with them.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Now bring someone to mind who you're not close with at all.

Perhaps it's someone who's hurt you in the past.

Or maybe a situation.

Offering those same phrases,

Allowing yourself to heal for you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Now bring every living being in this entire universe to mind.

Opening your heart to share the love,

The aloha with the whole universe.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Visualize the light and the brightness of this brand new day,

Infusing every cell of your being with love and renewal.

Feel a sense of lightness and clarity washing over you as old wounds are healed and new possibilities unfold.

Embracing aloha,

Embracing love,

Embracing forgiveness with the practice of ho'oponopono.

Take a few more deep breaths,

Allowing the energy of today and the practice of ho'oponopono to integrate fully within you.

See if you can carry the sense of forgiveness and love and renewal with you as you go through the rest of your day and every day that will follow.

Take another deep breath in through your nose.

Slowly exhale.

Then blink your eyes a few times to gently open them.

With that I'd like to say mahalo,

Thank you for joining me for this wonderful aloha loving practice,

A practice of kindness and forgiveness.

Thank you.
