Find a comfortable position.
Let your hands rest softly.
On your knees.
Allow your jaw to unclench and breathe in nice and deep,
A deep inhale.
Right at the top of your being and slowly and gently exhale.
And that you breathe in nice and deep again.
A deep inhale.
And a slow,
Gentle,
Easy exhale.
Nothing to solve right now.
Nothing to chase.
Nothing that's chasing you.
For the next few moments.
Let's take a slow deep breath in.
And become aware of yourself in this moment.
And as you breathe in,
I breathe in calm.
And as I exhale,
I exhale out any pressure,
Any tension,
Any stress that I might be carrying in this moment.
I let it go.
In this moment.
Just for this moment.
Let us together.
Let go of any pressure.
That you might be feeling.
And now let's visualize you and I standing On a beach,
Next to the ocean,
Early morning,
The air is fresh.
The sky is painted in a beautiful light blue hue.
The sun is just coming up.
The air is cool.
It's clean.
It's quiet.
In your hands.
You're carrying many heavy bags.
And each bag represents something that is overwhelming you.
One bag,
Miho wari.
Another bag is holding the expectations that you have from somebody.
Third bag is holding expectations that maybe others have from you.
In another bag.
Maybe there's the exhaustion of always being strong,
Always being on top of everything.
And another may hold a fear of the future or an incident from the past.
That you would like to let go.
Notice how heavy these bags feel.
And the ocean is beginning to whisper.
You were never meant to carry everything.
Together.
Alone.
You were never meant to carry everything together alone.
Let the understanding of that slowly spread through your mind space.
You were never meant to carry everything together alone.
So today let's name this load and let it go.
What are the loads that you're carrying?
Let's spend a few moments in quiet silence.
And then gently we let them go.
Now we're standing at the edge of the ocean in the sand it's cool and gently the waves sweep up to your feet.
And then away.
One by one.
We put down the bags that we were carrying.
I release this bag of worry.
It is not mine to carry in this moment.
I release this bag of exhaustion and breathe in ease.
I release the pressure to control everything and make everything right.
I release that bag right now.
I release the need to have all the answers all the time.
And the ocean whispers,
Yes,
You were never meant to carry everything alone.
And so you put down these bags.
The heavy bag of woody.
The heavy bag of fear that you might be carrying.
Release it into the sand.
Let it go for now.
And slowly you'll notice a nice calm spreading over you.
As you let go of the loads that you were carrying.
And as you let go of one bag after another,
You'll notice how your shoulders are becoming lighter.
Take a deep breath in.
I surrender into this moment.
All of the worry.
All of the stress.
I surrender these bags.
And slowly that overwhelm in this moment will dissolve.
And the waves slowly come forward,
Not violently,
Not forcefully.
But gently each wave.
Washes over the bag.
Dissolving them into the light.
Worry becomes a mist.
Fear turns to water.
And pressure becomes the wind.
And suddenly your bags are lifted and carried away.
And your hands are empty.
And your shoulders relaxed.
And your body feels lighter.
And your breath is softer.
Now look up at the horizon.
In the distance the warm golden light.
Of the rising sun.
That flows to you across the water.
And this morning sunlight carries peace,
It carries clarity,
It carries strength,
It carries trust.
And all of this is flowing into your heart in this moment.
As the beautiful warm sunlight energizes your being.
The racing thoughts have slowed down.
The emotional noise has faded.
Your nervous system softens.
Gently repeat with me.
I am safe in this moment.
One step at a time is enough.
I do not need to carry tomorrow today.
Peace and calm and ease matter.
And life supports me unto this choice.
And as the water carries away the worry and the fear and the anxiety and the tension,
Know that everything that you need in the next moment,
Mother Earth has ready for you.
So,
In this moment,
Let's take it one moment at a time.
Not overthinking,
Not overworrying and letting go of fear.
One moment at a time.
And now ask yourself.
In this moment.
What is asked of me?
What is that one thing that I need to do now?
And let's move towards it.
Life one moment at a time.
Take a nice deep breath in.
Feel that spaciousness within you.
Everything that you need in this moment is present here and now.
And so you carry a lighter energy.
Into the next moment,
And the next,
And the next.
Making space for what is important in this moment.
