Welcome to this meditation,

How to Stay Centred Around Low Vibes.

My name is Denise.

I am a Perspective Shifter,

Soul Mentor and Oracle and Tarot Card Creator.

And it is my pleasure to guide you through this meditation.

This practice is here to help you stay centred around low vibes by reconnecting you with your own soul vibration,

Your authenticity.

You're simply remembering how to return to your centre,

Release old patterns and choose the state that you prefer.

If you're not naturally visual,

That's perfectly okay.

You may sense,

Feel or simply know what's happening instead.

There's just your way to experience this,

Which is,

Of course,

Perfect for you.

So when you're ready,

Let's begin.

Make yourself comfortable.

You can certainly lie down or sit.

Just do whatever's most comfortable for you.

Imagine there's a beautiful rose quartz sphere in front of you,

A big ball that's just rotating,

Made of rose quartz.

And if anything comes up during the meditation,

Just send it to that rose quartz crystal.

And know that as you send it into the crystal,

It will all be transformed into harmony,

Into love.

And you can imagine the light,

The soft pink light from the rose quartz crystal just gently sort of rains down upon you.

That can inspire your authenticity.

Softly and gently close your eyes.

So just let your shoulders drop down and just feel any heaviness or burdens being lifted off your shoulders.

Feel your jaw relax.

Just feel every part of you softening and relaxing.

And just take a deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Just feel yourself relaxing and softening even more.

Take another deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Know that you are safe right here,

Right now.

Your body is safe to relax.

Your nervous system is safe.

And just imagine that beautiful white light is flowing into the room.

This white light is the light of your higher self,

Your soul self.

And travelling within that light is your soul team,

Your soul tribe.

Your guides,

Angels,

Light beings,

Loved ones,

Interdimensional,

Extraterrestrial beings.

And as that beautiful white light flows into the room,

It illuminates everything with a crystal white hue.

And it illuminates you.

Feel yourself being surrounded by a beautiful mist of love and harmony,

Acceptance,

Calm,

Unconditional love.

And know that all is well.

Just feel how wonderful it feels to be at love and at peace with yourself and all things.

And in this beautiful space that you have created for yourself,

Bring to your mind the idea of protection.

And when you say the word protection,

Just notice what tightens.

Notice where you feel it in your body.

And now just gently repeat to yourself,

I release the belief that I need protection.

I release the belief that others control my energy.

I release the belief that I must match what I don't prefer.

And as you breathe out,

Just feel all those old stories beginning to dissolve,

To unravel.

To just gently loosen.

You are worthy of being you without those beliefs.

Who do you think you would be without those beliefs?

And now deep,

Deep inside of yourself,

Ask yourself,

What frequency do I choose today?

Do I choose peace?

Clarity?

Stability?

Strength?

Love?

Let whatever arises,

Arise.

And just breathe that vibration into your body.

And if there is something within you that you want to shift,

That you want to change,

Just imagine that you can deliberately move to the state that you prefer.

And breathe that vibration into your body.

Let it spread through you,

Through your chest,

Your arms and your legs.

Let it move completely through you and in you.

You are becoming your chosen state.

And now just gently imagine someone who often feels heavy or reactive.

Just notice your body,

Be aware of how you feel.

And instead of contracting or reacting,

Imagine space between you and the other person.

Not walls,

Just you being centred and choosing space.

And silently say,

I allow you to be where you are.

I allow myself to be where I am.

I stay in my chosen vibration.

And just feel yourself calm,

Loving,

Focused on you,

On your preferred state of vibration,

Of resonance.

And if you find that maybe you are dropping into their energy,

If you find your mind drifting and taking you elsewhere,

Just ask yourself,

What belief makes it seem logical to drop into their energy or move away from my preferred state of vibration?

What belief makes it seem logical to do this?

Just let the answer come.

When that answer comes,

And it may not be in this moment,

It may be in the following days or weeks to come,

But when it does,

And if it has in this moment,

Say,

Thank you for trying to protect me.

You no longer belong in my system.

I release you now.

And imagine that belief just gently dissolving,

Helping you to become more of you and knowing that it will transform into a new way of being.

You are doing so well.

You are loved and you are loved.

Take a deep breath in.

And just repeat to yourself,

My vibration belongs to me.

I can love without collapsing.

I stay centered in my authenticity.

In my soul self.

I lead myself.

And I know what is best for me.

Call all your energy back to this moment,

To this place.

Be fully present in the magnificence of you.

Once again,

You are loved and you are loved.

You are so loved.

And you can feel all that beautiful white light around you,

Lifting you into a state of love.

Know that it is always there.

It is always streaming the truth of you.

And you can tune into it whenever you want to.

Take a deep breath in.

Start to wiggle your toes and your fingers.

Feel into your body.

Feel your mind,

Your body and your spirit,

Your soul.

All in agreement.

All aligned in this moment.

All is well.

And when you feel ready,

Gently,

Softly,

Open your eyes.

To a new way of seeing the world.

Gently come back.
