In this meditation,
We are going to focus on our heart.
We will be working on bringing in positive thoughts and emotions to replace old patterns that we are ready to release.
Don't put any pressure on yourself.
This is giving you time and space to start to prioritise,
Trust and love yourself a little more.
Everything happens in its right timing.
Let's start by getting yourself comfortable,
Either sitting or laying down.
If you are comfortable to,
Close down your eyes.
If you prefer to leave them open,
Lower your gaze and slowly settle yourself.
Move your attention to your breathing and take a deep breath in,
Slowly through your nose and then slowly releasing the breath out of your mouth.
Repeat this two more times and then return to the rhythm of your natural breath.
Set the intention as you breathe throughout this meditation that you are breathing in healing energy and breathing out what no longer serves you.
You have nowhere else to be,
Nothing else to do.
Allow yourself to be present here in this moment.
When your mind wanders,
Just acknowledge the thought with gratitude,
Release it with love and acceptance and return to my voice.
Relax just a little bit more.
Breathe in a loving pink energy through your nose that fills your whole body.
Breathe out your mouth,
Any blackness or stuckness that no longer serves you.
Continue breathing in new fresh loving energy that fills every cell in your body,
Every organ,
Bone,
Nerve and muscle.
Picture the colour getting stronger,
Replacing the old unwanted energy as you exhale to release it.
For the next few moments,
In the rhythm of your natural breath,
Continue to breathe in more loving energy until your body is so full that it is overflowing out of your hands and feet.
Bring your awareness now to your heart.
If it feels comfortable,
Place your hands on your heart and return your hands to their original position whenever it feels right for you.
Focus in on your heart.
Notice how your heart feels at this moment.
Feel your heartbeat.
Your heart keeps you alive.
It processes much emotion.
And if at any time you feel any emotion come to the surface,
That's natural.
Don't stop,
Block or discourage it.
Acknowledge it.
Don't judge or analyse it.
Release it with love and acceptance.
Let it flow and release.
Imagine now a tiny version of yourself.
Imagine you could walk right up to your heart.
Observe it up close.
Walk around and through the middle of it.
Communicate with it and physically touch it.
What do you notice?
Is there anything your heart wants you to know?
If nothing comes to mind now,
Or in the visualisation parts of the meditation,
That's okay.
Just continue to focus on your breathing.
As your tiny self,
While observing and listening to your heart,
Note any words or phrases that come to mind.
Any old beliefs,
Patterns,
Thoughts that you feel need to be cleared at this time.
Imagine these are blocks.
Collect them up and put them into a bag headed for the rubbish.
Any blocks that say things like,
I'm not good enough.
I'm bad.
Hopeless.
Useless.
A nobody.
Stupid.
A failure.
Unlovable.
Invisible.
Too old.
I deserve it.
Or feelings of neglect,
Abandonment,
Sadness,
Grief,
Self-sabotage,
Loneliness,
Rejection,
Anger,
Comparison,
Judgment,
Hopelessness,
Powerlessness,
Fear,
Anxiety or worry.
If nothing resonates or comes to mind,
That's okay.
Just allow a feeling of thankfulness for your heart with love and kindness as we go about our cleaning.
Walk around the heart with a pressure washer,
Sponge,
Washer,
Broom or vacuum,
Whatever feels right,
And imagine walking in and around the heart,
Cleaning to bring it back to full sparkling health.
Wash the dirt away lovingly.
Tidy up and remove anything that no longer needs to be there.
Fill up the rubbish bag,
Thanking the heart for all it has done to support you every day of your life.
Imagine throwing away the rubbish and it is removed from the body on your next exhale.
If you found pain there,
Hug your heart.
Thank it for bringing this emotion to the surface.
Send your heart loving kindness and gratitude.
Imagine you are hugging the person you love the most in the whole world.
Allow the emotion to flow.
Don't resist.
Don't hold it back.
Let it flow,
Whether it is a little or a lot.
The time is right for this to be released.
We are going to fill up the heart space now with new thoughts,
Patterns and emotions that are ready to be accepted at this moment.
Tell your heart whatever resonates for you.
See the words flow out of your mouth and attach to the heart.
If nothing resonates,
That's ok.
Just send words of love.
Light.
Joy.
Confidence in self.
Trust.
Healing.
Nurturing.
Gratitude.
Safety.
Support.
Empowerment.
Authenticity.
Worth.
Value.
Truth.
Say to your heart any of the following phrases that feel right for you,
Whether you believe them now or you would like to believe them.
Say them with conviction.
I am enough.
I am stepping into my power.
I am listening to my body.
I am honouring my body and my heart.
I want to lead with my heart.
I will allow emotion to flow.
I will trust myself.
I want to become my authentic self.
I am good enough as I am right now.
I am awesome.
I am strong.
I am unique.
I am loved.
Watch these words settle into your heart.
Feel the peace and relaxation surrounding your heart.
Acknowledge the great work you have just done to love and honour yourself in this moment.
Now let's return to your full-sized body.
Take some deep breaths into your heart space,
In through your nose and out of your mouth,
As many as needed to release any tightness,
Tension,
Pain or emotion.
And then return to your natural breath.
As you continue to breathe,
On the inhale,
Say to yourself in your mind,
I welcome in love,
And on the exhale,
I release any fear.
I welcome in love.
I release any fear.
Return now to breathing pink healing energy into your heart and feeling calmness and peace.
As you continue to breathe,
On the inhale,
Say to yourself in your mind,
I allow in peace,
And on your exhale,
I release all worry.
I allow in peace.
I release all worry.

As you continue to breathe,
On the inhale,
Say to yourself in your mind,
I welcome in trust,
And on your exhale,
I release all anxiety.

Move your attention now to your whole body and feel the connection between your body and the floor,
Cushion or chair.
Slowly bring your awareness back now to where you are.
Slowly wriggle your fingers,
Your toes,
And start to make slow and gentle movements.
Move your head slowly from side to side.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Slowly,
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and gently stretch and move as you bring your awareness back to this room.
