Take a moment to settle into your body,
Find a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down,
Where you can soften without effort.
Gently close your eyes and begin by taking a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and a long,
Easy exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale,
Filling your chest,
Your belly,
And your whole being,
And exhale,
Letting the day melt away.
One more time,
Inhale,
And exhale.
Now allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm,
And bring your awareness to your heart space.
Not the thoughts in your head,
But the quiet,
Intuitive center beneath them.
Imagine your heart gently glowing,
A soft light,
Warm and alive,
Expanding with every breath.
This light is your natural state.
This is abundance.
This is alignment.
Now gently bring to mind something you desire,
Something you've wanted,
Something you may have seen reflected in another person's life.
And notice,
Without judgment,
If there has ever been a feeling of lack,
Or comparison,
Or even a quiet heaviness around it.
Just notice,
No fixing,
No shame,
And then softly remind yourself,
What I notice in others is not a denial.
It is information.
It is evidence of possibility.
Now from your heart,
Begin to bless that thing.
If it is something another person has,
Silently say to yourself,
I bless this in you.
I honor that this exists.
I celebrate that this is possible.
Feel what happens in your body as you do this.
Notice how blessing opens,
Where comparison contracts.
Now bring this blessing back to yourself.
Place a hand on your heart,
If that feels supportive to you,
And silently or aloud repeat,
I bless myself.
I bless my timing.
I bless my unique path.
What is meant for me is not late.
It is responding to my openness.
Let those words land gently.
And now expand the blessing outward.
Bless the day ahead,
Or the day that has passed.
Bless the people you will meet.
Bless the opportunities you cannot yet see.
You can say to yourself,
I bless the seen and the unseen.
I bless what is unfolding.
I bless what is on its way.
Imagine your heart light growing brighter,
Wider,
And moving beyond your body,
Into the room,
And into the world.
Now return once more to the desire that you began this meditation with.
See it surrounded by light.
Not grasping for it.
Not chasing it.
Just blessing it.
And say in your mind or out loud,
I do not repel what I want.
I welcome it with kindness.
I meet it at the vibration of trust.
Feel the calm certainty in that.
Take another breath in slowly.
And a long breath out.
Know this.
When you bless instead of resist.
When you celebrate instead of compare.
You signal to the universe that you are ready to receive.
Abundance responds to openness.
And you are open.
When you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to your body.
You can wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And slowly open your eyes.
Carry this energy with you.
Bless freely.
And receive naturally.
And so it is.
