Feel the shape of your body begin to expand into this vast darkness.
Now see a single bright star above a horizon.
The North Star,
A guiding light of pilgrims and sea voyagers.
Feel your inner self as the darkness and the North Star as a point of light between your two eyebrows.
Let the starlight touch your pineal gland deep inside your midbrain.
Let it fill the inside of your head with subtle interior light.
See the fabric of the darkness itself begin to shine.
Move down into your throat chakra at the front of your throat.
Feel it open up into a vast cavernous cave.
Bears have clambered up the mountainside to hibernate here for thousands of years.
As your eyes get used to the darkness,
Start to walk further into the cave.
You round a corner and see there is a light coming from an opening in the rocky roof above you.
It is a bright full moon shining in.
You can now see images on the cave walls all around you.

Move down into your heart center.
Find yourself in a round temple.
See yourself lighting a huge candle on a stone altar.
Turn around and see behind you a fire pit in the center.
Flames dancing.
Big shadows on the round walls.
A circle of ancient leathery faces engraved with deep lines.
They are smiling,
Deeply kind.
They are your ancestors.
Your life and happiness is of great interest to them.
Sitting in between them are your family.
And also your chosen family and soul friends.
Your beloved animal kin are here.
Those who live with you or are in the wild.
Take everyone in.
Feel their love radiating towards you.
See there is a space left for you in the circle.
Walk towards it.
Feel the warmth of the fire on your face.
And warmth in your heart.
As you sit down,
A pottery cup engraved with spirals is placed into your hands.
Drink from it.

See how yourself think deeper and deeper until you reach the seabed.
See small lights coming towards you.
