Return to calm.

Hello friend,

When the morning has been too much,

This is your moment to pause.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And then let it go.

And breathe in calm,

And breathe out everything you've carried.

And one more time,

Breathing in calm,

And then letting go of everything you no longer need.

Breathe deep into the gentle movement of Tai Chi energy,

Where the yin and the yang are perfectly balanced.

You've carried a busy morning,

Now just set it down.

In this meditation,

You'll release the tension in your body and invite your mind to be quiet.

You don't have to fix anything.

Just by being here,

Mental steadiness and emotional stability are returning.

Just breathe.

Allow yourself to soften into balance,

To remember that peace lives inside you,

Steady and unshaken.

Just by showing up to this meditation,

You are realigning with non-resistance and tranquility.

You know there's nothing for you to do consciously.

Your subconscious mind and your body know what to do.

Just allow it.

Just allow the calm to return.

Tai Chi energy automatically creates inner calm.

It fosters confidence,

Trust,

Hope.

It is returning.

In this quiet moment,

Your spirit finds harmony and balance again.

Let's do one final deeper breath in,

And then let it go.

With love,

Friend,

We are complete.
