When emotions flare, this practice cools and soothes the inner heat. Breath flows like water through flame, dissolving irritation into calm. Anger transforms to understanding; restlessness shifts to peace. Feel tension melt from muscles and mind as you return to steady awareness and quiet compassion. A demanding morning, and Lunch Hour Reset meditations release what the morning carried in. A few minutes to feel balanced. At the perfect frequency and key, allowing the BPM of the background heartbeat to restore. Fire Energy.

Hello,

Friend.

When heat rises in the mind,

In the heart,

Remember your inner light.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And then let it go.

And breathe in brightness,

And breathe out the flames of reaction.

And one more time,

Take a breath in,

And exhale any heat or tension.

Let go of what you no longer need.

Set the irritation free,

Leaving space for your peaceful presence to return.

It's mesmerizing to look at a fire,

Isn't it?

Make yourself comfortable,

Sit beside the fire,

And breathe deeply.

Watch the flames dance and expand,

Reach up and fall down.

And with your breath,

Release irritation and restore awareness and open-minded responsiveness.

No matter what's happened today,

You can bravely respond,

Not stubbornly react.

This meditation is a reminder that clarity lives within you.

You can be bright and aware without burning too fiercely.

With every breath,

Feel the relief of letting go of the heat,

Soothing your mind,

And returning to peaceful,

Open-minded,

Enlightened boldness.

Let your warmth become remarkable clarity instead of a fiery furnace.

Here,

Courage meets growth.

Here,

Your true self shines gently again.

Let's do one final deeper breath in,

And then let it go.

With love,

Friend,

We are complete.
