Let's drop our gaze or close our eyes and.
.
.
Begin to collect ourselves energetically.
Mentally.
Emotionally.
Inward.
Maybe even using your arms,
Literally collecting and scooping the air and bringing all of you back into this moment.
Bringing your attention to something physical,
Maybe it's your breath.
It could be an ache or a pain.
The air on your skin,
Just bringing yourself to the body.
Try to do the best you can to be as present as you can with whatever it is.
Really guiding yourself to focus.
Maybe even bringing your hand to whatever part of you you're paying attention to.
Maybe it's caressing your skin or your hand on your heart and your chest and feeling the rise and fall of your chest.
Or wherever you are feeling discomfort.
We're going to take a moment to be there.
Remember to breathe.
And as you continue to breathe,
Bring your attention just a little beyond whatever you were focusing on.
Almost imagine that your energy is now noticing the edges of your body.
Where you end.
Mostly physically.
You can almost draw a picture of it in your mind maybe,
Or even just follow your attention from your head to your toes and just noticing You within this skin suit,
This body.
And noticing what's present.
Maybe it is a distraction,
Maybe it's noises,
Or maybe it's an emotion.
Or a discomfort,
Just allowing it all to exist.
Having enough space that nothing needs to be rejected,
But nothing also is all-consuming.
Like welcoming.
Hmm,
I noticed this.
I see that,
Or I feel that.
Now allow your attention to extend just a little bit further than your body or your skin.
The energy around you.
And see if you can soften the edges of your body a bit.
And see yourself as more than the body.
Still holding yourself,
Still acknowledging,
Your breath and your beating heart and any aches and pains and emotions.
Any sensations,
They all are welcome.
Even sounds that your ears can hear or smells that your nose can smell.
The physiology of your body is still here.
We just soften those edges just a bit to expand into our energetic field.
Opening up.
To the expansive you.
The spiritually connected you.
Energetically connected you.
The soul,
You.
The individuation of your soul.
And perhaps play with expanding a little more,
Taking up a little more space.
And imagining what it's like.
To truly know.
That you are part of something bigger.
To feel and experience.
That you are not just this body or just an individuated soul.
But you are part.
Of something.
Something wordless.
Infinite.
Limitless.
Abundant.
Maybe it's pure love.
And you are that.
And imagine what it would be like to remember that every single day.
To carry that around.
To know you are held.
You are loved.
And you are love.
Remember to breathe.
And when you feel ready,
Come back,
Noticing the rise and fall of your chest.
Or the air on your skin.
Back to your body.
And hold the memory.
Of oneness.
Of love.
Of abundance.
And collect that.
In your heart.
Remember it.
And before we open our eyes.
Tune in and notice what's most alive in you in this moment.
What most needs to be spoken?
What do you need?
What are you feeling?
One more nice long inhale.
And an even longer exhale.
You can begin to flutter those eyelids open.
Notice the room you're in.
People around you.
Nature.
Take it in and notice if you see things any differently.
Is it brighter?
More vibrant.
