What if you were made exactly as you needed to be made for you to play your specific part in this specific time of life?

Just take that in for a moment and imagine that you,

Exactly as you are,

Quirky,

Unique,

With your own set of strengths,

Your own ways that you aren't the same as other people,

Your own unique way that you look at the world,

Your own way that your brain works,

The ways that you think and feel,

The way you were wounded,

The ways that you didn't get your needs met,

The ways that you did get your needs met,

The ways that you were loved and held and the ways you weren't,

The people who have given you love and validation and attention and those who haven't,

The opportunities you've been given and the opportunities that you weren't,

The places where you've been invited to join in and the times when you've been excluded,

The type of body you have,

Your abilities,

Your comfort level with activities and sports and any other things in the world,

Whether you are comfortable or you're not comfortable,

Whether you are skilled and gifted or whether you feel like it's something that you've never been able to do,

Whether you can sing or you can't,

Whether you like to dance or you feel shy,

Every piece of you,

It's perfect.

I like to say that people are perfectly imperfect.

Another word I like to use is that you are flossing.

Yes,

You're flawed.

Yes,

You're awesome.

We're all flawed.

We are all imperfect beings.

That's part of the human condition.

It's not something to feel ashamed of.

It's something to be aware of.

We all have the ability to cause harm and we all cause harm.

We all have the ability to love and we have the ability to withhold love and we have the ability to use our words and our thoughts and our love as a weapon and we also have the ability to use it all to love and connect and to lift others up.

We are complicated and messy and beautiful and amazing and we also aren't.

We sometimes can be mean and inconsiderate.

We can sometimes be disrespectful and insensitive.

This doesn't make any one of us bad.

It's just true.

Can we do better?

Sure.

There's no question that this path is about acceptance and about aspiration.

We hold the truth of who we are and we come into love and acceptance for exactly how the Creator made us and we know that we have free will and the ability to choose and to create our lives and to live more and more in alignment with our authentic true selves.

Some of the things that you do that you're not proud of,

Those are happening because of your wounding,

Because of your childhood patterning,

Because of ways that you've learned to protect yourself.

So we aspire to remove the barriers that keep us from loving fully and from receiving love from others fully.

We heal so that we can be available to connect more deeply,

To have the capacity to hold other people's pain,

To listen better,

To be a better friend and partner and parent,

To be a better leader.

But it's so important to remember that our flaws,

Our imperfections are part of what it's like to be human.

It's by design.

It's true that if we don't hold acceptance with aspiration,

We may become complacent.

It's true that if we strive for aspiration without acceptance,

We'll never feel that we're good enough.

We hold them both.

But I ask you this question,

Who are you to say that you are somehow a mistake or you don't matter or you're not enough?

It seems to me when we hold that belief,

We have forgotten that we're bigger.

We're part of something bigger.

It seems to me that when we hold that belief,

Somehow we've gotten lost in our own lives.

We've gotten lost and believe that somehow we are just here all alone trying to figure it all out and somehow we're not connected to anything bigger than us.

What if you knew for a fact that the exact you that you are is not only amazing,

But is needed.

It is an integral part to the fabric of humanity.

That you exactly as you are,

We're made to do exactly you in this life.

And that by you comparing yourself to someone else,

You're abdicating your soul's responsibility.

You're abdicating the responsibility of what your soul came here in this human body to do.

That you're getting caught up in the human existence and forgetting to balance the human with the soul and the interconnectedness to all that is.

What if while you sit wondering if you're enough or good enough or valuable or worthy or lovable,

You're only delaying your ability to fulfill that which your soul is here to fulfill.

Perhaps you're unable to see how you are integral.

Perhaps you wish you got a different body or a better sense of humor or a quicker mind or perhaps you wish you weren't so emotional or you weren't so in your head or you wish that you were born into a different family and that you didn't have the traumas and experiences that you had.

And perhaps a lot of your attention is there.

And I'm not saying that it's not worth the journey to heal and reclaim and integrate all of those aspects of your past.

It's really important.

But often we don't do the work because we think we are not worthy.

And my invitation to you is to see that the work is to be done so that we can see how integral and worthy and valuable and necessary and unique and flossing you are to see that life not only loves you but desperately is calling you to bring all of you into your life.

That this work is here to bring out the true you to reveal all of who you are so that we get the absolute pleasure of experiencing your existence.

We long for you to step fully into the being that was created by our creator exactly as you are.

We're waiting for you.

When you step fully into you,

You give others permission to step fully into who they are.

Our hearts open,

Our nervous systems relax,

Our shoulders drop,

And we feel more at ease.

When you surrender to being who you are rather than pretending to be somebody that you think you need to be in order to be loved and to fit in and to feel safe.

We all do it,

But this journey isn't just about you.

This path is not just about you and your happiness and your inner peace.

That is so important,

But that's not all.

This journey is truly the journey that is you fulfilling your soul's obligation.

You came here to be fully expressed.

If you don't do that,

We miss out and something doesn't happen.

Things don't happen because you are hiding.

Your full expression of your soul is truly necessary.

Imagine that the soul,

The cells inside your body are each here to play a very specific part in the way that your body works.

Imagine if the soul,

I'm sorry,

The cell that is in,

And maybe it is the soul of the cell.

Perhaps there is a soul that manifests itself into the cell of your colon.

And perhaps that cell forgets that it was supposed to be here as a colon cell and it starts to try to be something else.

That would be called mutation.

When it mutates,

It becomes cancer.

I'm positive that's an oversimplification.

However my point is,

When our soul came here into each of our human bodies,

We need to remember that it was by design and stop trying to be something we're not.

Your brain may not work the same as someone else's brain and you may need to compensate in ways that you think other people don't have to do.

But believe me when I tell you,

Every one of us is doing life in our own quirky different way.

We're all finding ways to make it through.

Every one of us has our own unique challenges and ways we compensate and you are not alone in that your life sometimes feels hard.

What I don't want you to do is believe that you need to be somebody that you're not.

And my invitation is to surrender to the beauty of who you are.

Cellulite and disorganized and perhaps tone deaf and every other thing that you could say about you.

Anything else it doesn't matter.

You are beautiful just the way you are.

Your voice matters.

Your unique perspective matters.

When you show up more you will actually bring more harmony and joy and peace and fun and fulfillment and balance into the world.

You not showing up contributes to imbalance.

Life longs for wholeness and longs for each of us to take our place and be and do what we're here to do and be.

Our individual soul longs for wholeness for each of us to integrate all aspects of consciousness,

All aspects of humanity,

All parts of us that we've disowned because we believe they're not acceptable.

The shadows and our light.

Life is calling us to be whole and true.

Let's take a breath together and take a moment to tune into that you are part of something much bigger than you understand much bigger than I understand.

Your part here matters.

It's not up to us to decide that we're not okay and that we need to be different than we are.

It's up to us to fully express who we truly are.

Now I know that that's not something that we can snap our fingers and just become because we have been told by so many people how to think,

Who to be,

How to be.

We have been layered upon over and over and over again about what it means to be a good person and who we want to emulate in the world and what will get us more love.

We have been convinced that we must keep on trying to fit in.

On top of it all,

We have so many layers of armor protecting ourselves because as a child it was hard to be authentic.

What if you imagined it like this?

What if the first third to half of your life was to build the resilience and the strength and the actual ego?

But the second half of your life,

It's actually here for you to peel back all those layers,

Have the support of a solid ego so that you can feel safe enough to begin to reveal the truth of who you are.

So that you can feel like you can source safety from within,

That you have a social network that's there for you,

That you have a built-in system to provide you with the support that you didn't have perhaps when you were little.

So that now you can go back and find exactly who you are and be that.

A lot of people orient in the personal growth space towards self-improvement.

And there is absolutely a place for that.

Remember we talked about aspiration.

There is absolutely a place for that.

But it's only useful in the long run if we can be our true selves,

If the work is also to accept who we are.

Again it's accept who we are and become who we're here to be,

To self-actualize,

To be more and more expressed and to change and grow.

We are not nouns.

We are verbs.

We become,

Every day we become.

Waking up every single day we can question who are we and be more of that.

It is a journey that we're on.

It is a journey to become fully expressed.

But it's not just for you and it's not just for your kids and it's not just for your friends.

This has a massive ripple effect.

And you doing this work and you revealing who you are and showing up more fully as the truest you and expressing your soul through your human body is true activism.

It is the way that we evolve and grow and expand to become a more humane and loving and compassionate and whole species.

It's how we heal our planet.

It's how we change future generations.

This is how we make our mark.

And I'm so glad to be on this path with you.

I invite you to please be you.

Let's find all the ways that we're showing up in the world hiding behind who we think we should be and masks and guarding so that we can show up as ourselves.

I long to know all of you.

I long to meet more and more of you every single day.

To be on the journey together.

Namaste my friends.

This talk found me in just most the Devine time as things always do for me as the first day of the lunar new year I made a promise to myself to show up at all times authenticity and unapologetically myself regardless of what others may think or say I often get told I give to much and I need to stop but this talk was beautiful and as stated we are all here doing our piece together to help raise each other and that means showing up as ourselves so we are able to share our gifts from our hearts πŸ’• and souls by doing this we bring out the best in each and everyone in the collective thanks πŸ™ for sharing so grateful this showed up on my dashboard today a beautiful synchronicity πŸ˜‡πŸͺ„πŸ€βœ¨πŸ’«πŸ€©πŸ₯°

Good topic. Well presented. Good voice and pace. Sincerity and pausing. I have heard this thought before and my situation is that felt that I had worth desires and goals which were all cruelly crushed intentionally sadistically before my eyes. My qualifies gaslighting was intense and still is as I have no other place to live because of my finances dwindled down by medical expenses. Depressed I was an easy target. Every time I showed some recovery they squashed me harder such that my doctors feared I would do serious harm to myself, only. My Higher Power whom I call God put before me a tremendous professional, my psychologist who taught me tools to use the battle for my life. I am eternally grateful. My wish to all in challenging situations is to look and keep always looking for help because no one should ever have to live like this and many, many people are sincerely trying to help you, too. Like this presenter. Kudos to you. Keep making these presentations as you say β€œwe’re all important and we all have a job to here. Help each of us shore each other onward so we can do our destinies. Blessings to all. Warmly, Anne

This was such a beautiful, affirming call for authenticity and acceptance. Often, in the past, the fear and conditioning present in my ego-self, had prevented me from living and originating from a place of self-acceptance, loving-kindness, and authenticity. I settled for fitting-in instead of true belonging, which required me to mask or change who I was showing up as based on who I was with. Slowly, with daily meditation practice, I am shedding the weight of all these layers. I look forward to returning to this talk again, to reaffirm the positive messages contained within. Thank you for sharing your time, energy, and wisdom here. Namaste πŸ™
