Welcome.
This is Deb Lumb.
We're going to take a few minutes to come back home to yourself,
To let go of any of that stuff that's been weighing you down today.
Maybe things that have been stressful,
Things you're trying to figure out or pressure you're feeling.
We're going to let it all go and come back to this sacred,
Precious,
Present moment,
Even if for only a few minutes.
When you're ready,
Gently let your eyelids float closed or drop your gaze,
And bring your attention to your breath.
Watch it like waves on the shore,
Gentle and rhythmic.
Notice that quiet stillness at the very top of the inhale,
And that soft pause at the bottom of your exhale.
We're going to use a super simple mantra,
Let go.
We'll say let on the inhale and go on the exhale.
And we'll let the words ride your breath.
Let them become the rhythm of your letting go.
I'll watch the time,
And when you hear my voice,
Just sit gently with your eyes closed,
Resting in the stillness and silence.
Let's say it out loud together first.
Let on the inhale and go on the exhale.
And now,
Repeat it silently to yourself over and over and over.
Let go,
Let go,
Let go.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
And gently and spaciously let that go.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
You just gave yourself the gift of letting go.
Now,
I invite you to invite this practice to flow into the rest of your day,
Making you perhaps more productive,
Peaceful,
More aware.
And don't be surprised when things begin to shift in beautiful,
Unexpected ways in your life.
Keep moving toward wholeness,
And I'll see you there.
Namaste.
