In this meditation, students are guided to find a deeply comfortable position and begin by anchoring themselves with breath and intentional energetic protection using visualized blue, gold, and pink bubbles for safety, clarity, and love. The practice centers on releasing tension through a backward count of exhales, inviting full presence and surrender. A guided visualization lifts students into a sacred space beyond the physical, where they are invited to connect with their inner wisdom and spiritual guides. The experience encourages openness to intuitive messages and sensations without forcing outcomes. The meditation closes with grounding through the root chakra and a heart-centered reflection to foster gratitude, trust, and self-love.

So begin by taking any type of position that feels comfortable.

It feels relaxed and balanced.

If we chose to lie down,

Maybe put something under the knees,

Behind the head.

If we're seated,

There's this balance between sitting upright but not feeling rigid.

And take a minute or so to make any final adjustments so that you can be extremely comfortable.

And if you haven't done so already,

Go ahead begin to close the eyes.

Maybe even use this opportunity to take one very deep inhale and then releasing out an audible exhale.

Maybe go ahead and do one more just like that.

You'll notice that maybe even just by exhaling the body settled a bit more than just moments ago.

Before we begin our meditation,

We're going to protect our energetic field.

Your aura is about two feet outside of the physical body.

Sometimes it expands,

Sometimes it becomes smaller.

I want you to begin to imagine as if a blue bubble will be placed outside of your energetic field.

Each of our visualizations might look different.

Maybe it's just a bubble floating down.

Maybe you see almost like it's drawing a circle from the top around.

Maybe for you it looks completely different.

In this bubble,

While it has the blue color,

There's a transparency towards it.

You're able to see out.

But knowing that the protection of the bubble is sealed,

It's thick.

And this blue color signifies safety,

Security.

We're going to place two more.

The next one will be outside of the blue.

It will be the gold color.

Maybe this bubble surrounds your energy field and the blue the same way as you did with the blue one or maybe it looks different.

This gold color is for clarity,

For definitive answers and wisdom.

And then the third one will be the color pink.

Placing that bubble on the exterior of the other two.

This one is for unconditional love.

Intention is very powerful,

So really setting the intention of the blue for safety,

The gold for clarity,

Wisdom,

And the pink for love.

We're going to relax the body a bit more,

Even inside of these bubbles,

Bringing the awareness to the belly.

Specifically feeling the breath.

There's a lift with the inhale.

There's a letting go with the exhale.

Really focusing your awareness on that exhale,

The letting go.

And in a moment,

We're going to begin to count our exhales,

Beginning with 10,

Making our way down to zero.

And each count,

As we continue backwards,

We will let go and release a little bit more than the number before.

I'll begin with you,

And then I'll let you continue on your own.

Inhale whenever you feel ready.

Exhale 10,

Let go.

Inhale.

Exhale 9,

Release even more.

Soften.

And then go ahead and continue with the count that is most fitting for your breath.

Whenever you make your way back down to zero,

Just staying with the exhale.

Allowing this exhale to be the destination.

Immersing entirely in this moment with the breath.

Your breath in stillness.

Maybe even noticing any other parts of the body that can let go a little bit more,

Directing awareness to that area.

Use that exhale to release the entire body.

And then even with your eyes closed,

Beginning to imagine an iridescent bubble,

Beginning to travel down,

And there's a string at the very bottom.

You gently begin to reach up,

And this bubble starts to pull you upward,

Knowing that the three bubbles that you put around you will stay intact.

Beginning to lift all the way up through your home,

Over your town,

Lifting up all the way over the earth.

Beginning to travel up through space,

Maybe seeing realms,

Maybe seeing an astroplane.

Maybe not even knowing what you're seeing,

Continuing to float.

Making your way all the way up to a beautiful sacred space.

Once you're here,

Gently opening the hand so that the bubble releases.

Familiarize yourself with this place.

What would your sacred space look like?

Are there some specific colors associated?

Is it just a feeling?

Maybe it becomes presented to you,

Or maybe you use your imagination to create this beautiful sacred space.

Each of us have different clairs.

The more that we work with our clairs,

The stronger they can be.

Clairvoyant,

You may just know.

Another clair could be that you hear or see visuals or smells.

Our guides can connect to us.

There are different types of clairs.

In your sacred space,

Inviting in your guides to join you.

And if this is the first time you're doing anything like this,

Maybe you won't see anything.

Maybe you're unsure if maybe you do see something.

I invite you to just be and not try.

And so even just inviting in our guides,

Come back to your breath again.

The breath is the destination.

Trusting.

Continuing to let go.

The intention we have by surrounded by our guides is that we just ask for wisdom surrounding our greater good.

Maybe even seeing your third eye beginning to open.

Allowing the clary of your ears to be sharp.

Your senses are alert and aware.

But you're still just with the breath.

Letting go.

And trusting that anything that may come through is not coincidental.

You may hear a message.

You may have a visual.

It may mean something to you.

It may not.

The physical body might feel different.

There may be goosebumps or warmth.

We're not trying here.

The most effort that we are doing is just staying with our breath.

I'm going to give you a moment or so of silence.

The breath is the destination.

Continue to let go.

And just be with that exhale as you surrender.

Take another moment or so,

Wherever you might be.

Taking note of anything that might have come up.

And even trusting if maybe you just stayed with the breath the whole time.

Maybe that was for your greater good.

And that's exactly what you needed.

You are supported whether you hear or see,

Or just have a feeling about it.

Finding a deep sense of gratitude in this place.

Your body becomes a little bit heavier as you start floating back down.

Just as slowly as you went up.

Body is weighted and heavy.

You make your way back to the space that you occupy in this moment.

I'm taking a moment to locate the root chakra at the base of the spine.

The root chakra color is red.

Seeing this circular,

Energetic center in this space of the body.

And then even beginning to see a root traveling all the way down into the earth.

Bring you back to a stable,

Steady place.

And then draw your awareness up to your heart center.

Your heart chakra is located in the center of your chest.

Use this opportunity to connect to yourself before we conclude.

Sending any messages to yourself.

Sensing gratitude for all your experiences.

Sending deep love and pride to who you are in this exact moment.

Continuing to trust in the wisdom within.

Maybe being a little bit more open to something you might hear.

Something you might see.

Could be a visualization or even a confirmation in nature.

Or even if you just have a feeling about something,

Trusting that.

It has been an honor practicing with you.

From my heart center to yours.

Namaste.

Thank you.
