The practice centers on releasing tension through a backward count of exhales, inviting full presence and surrender. A guided visualization lifts students into a sacred space beyond the physical, where they are invited to connect with their inner wisdom and spiritual guides. The experience encourages openness to intuitive messages and sensations without forcing outcomes. The meditation closes with grounding through the root chakra and a heart-centered reflection to foster gratitude, trust, and self-love.
