So making yourself as comfortable as you possibly can.
Knowing that today,
You do not need to choose a position that you always do.
So what is your body need right now this evening,
Are you hot,
Are you cold.
Is something aching do you need to rest in a different manner than you might not usually.
I just want you to also notice how your body is taking up space.
Noticing where your feet are placed.
Noticing that if you are seated or lying down,
Whether you are equally weighted on the sacrum area if you're lying if you're seated on both the sit bones.
Relax.
He relaxed your shoulders and your jaw.
Noticing how you decided to place your hands this evening.
This is not telling you to move them unless you feel like you would like to.
It's just asking you how did you decide that you'd like to place them.
We'll begin simply with just breathing.
Now I invite you to practice a full body breath.
So whatever that might mean specifically for you.
Maybe perhaps it means inhaling from the crown of the head down to your feet.
And then the feedback up.
Or maybe that means that your breath will travel all the way down into your belly and you feel the expansion,
Opening this 360 view of your body.
You don't just breathe in the belly,
Breathe all the way around.
Whatever version of breathing that you have chose to focus on.
I invite you to bring in balance.
So if you feel like there is a part of the body that is not filling with air,
But the other side is I invite you to send your breath,
So that both sides of the body.
Equally open expand with the inhale and then release and let go of the exhale.
And if as you are breathing,
You started focusing on a different aspect of your breath,
I invite you to travel with that.
If you decided to count your breath.
If you decided to add an affirmation to an inhale or an exhale.
Any way that you can link to your breath.
We're now beginning to move stagnation within the body.
We're going to start with our hands and all the way up to our arms.
The next time you inhale,
Begin to make fists with your hands,
Squeezing and tightening all the way up into your shoulders,
Squeezing with that inhale,
Tighten,
Tighten.
And as you exhale,
Let go.
Soften.
Release.
We'll be doing the same exact thing in our legs.
The next time you inhale,
Squeeze your feet all the way up into your thighs,
The calves and the glutes,
Your hips,
The pelvic floor,
Squeeze and tighten,
Tighten,
Tighten.
Exhale,
Let go.
Let go even more.
And one final time.
The next time you inhale,
Squeeze and tighten the entire body from the feet all the way up to the crown of the head,
Squeezing the glutes,
The hips,
The belly,
The jaw,
The cheeks,
The hands,
Tighten,
Tighten.
And exhale,
Let go.
Release.
Release.
Let go.
And with each progressive exhale.
Allow the body to let go.
A little bit.
Let go.
Almost as if the body is entirely softened and melting into the surface that you are seated or lying.
Let go of any gripping.
Let go anywhere that is holding that might be tight.
Let go.
As you inhale letting these words become your words.
Inhale surrender.
Release.
Let go.
Exhale the same exact word surrender.
Release.
Let go.
Just staying here for a couple minutes.
Inhaling surrender.
Release.
Let go.
Exhale,
Surrender.
Release.
Let go.
And finishing up with an exhale.
And releasing those words.
The,
The awareness still inside of the body.
Want you to call to mind a situation.
Could be recent could be ongoing,
Which you find that you are tightly wound around So an area of your life maybe perhaps that you,
Your go to is to always control or situation that maybe just keep popping up or a certain theme that you find you just can't let it go.
And as you call to mind that situation I want you to notice what happened inside of your body.
What happened inside of your body.
The areas begin to tighten a bit.
It's okay if it did.
Just bring body awareness to certain situations.
Just noticing the changes that might have happened within the body,
Just by thinking of a certain situation.
And almost as if you can visualize this situation as if it's tangible.
So maybe even kind of imagining like you're placing it inside of a ball,
Or you could see the characters involved.
And when you see that situation.
Send light to it.
Send healing light to that situation.
And as you're sending light that situation give yourself permission to let go of the physical body,
Like we did moments ago.
Maybe perhaps you're not exactly where you were moments ago,
But maybe you're just a little bit less holding on.
And you were just seconds ago.
And still with your attention and awareness on that situation.
And once you then to begin to place the word trust right in the center of it.
And this trust is radiating most beautiful color.
It has healing energy associated with it.
And you know that is working,
You trust that you will make it through.
And keep placing the word trust over and over again,
Right inside that situation.
And if you continue with the word trust,
Or maybe going back to those three words surrender release.
Bring the body back to that state of letting go.
Body is heavy.
Soft.
There is no tension.
There's no broken.
There's no tension.
The breath flows fluidly through each point,
Releasing expectations.
Seeing where this medication might take you.
We'll be here for a couple more moments.
To bring yourself back to the space where you are located.
Maybe that means just feeling your body connected to some sort of support or service.
Maybe that means even moving fingers or toes.
Anyway,
You slowly want to bring yourself out of this medication.
And bringing your awareness to your heart center.
Whether you'd like to physically touch the space,
Or just drop the awareness down.
And with a heart of gratitude.
I want you to name one thing that you're grateful for right now.
Name something else that you are grateful for.
And name one more thing.
And with your hands still connected to that area of your awareness.
Send gratitude to yourself.
Send love to yourself.
Send love to others.
Maybe even just a message that you think you need to hear right now.
And from my heart space to each of yours,
I'm deeply grateful that you've joined me this evening.
Namaste.
